Great app - even the free version - great for getting feedback from customers. Good support team - raised it via the chat and it was sorted with using contributor access which is great from an audit perspective!!

I fed back some problems. The R & D team responded quickly and helped me solve the problems. This software, I have used it for a while, it is relatively simple and convenient to import comments. I have imported dozens of comments, and it doesn't take me much time. The import is very fast.

The Rivyo team is awesome! They have an option where they can setup the integration for you. This made the process super simple and seamless. I chose them because of the option to create a testimonial page with the reviews you've gotten :)

I was looking for a review app for my stores, I found Rivyo and found everything I need it, I am not technical and found some little thing that need adjustment and their support fixed right away, they will stick with me until we had ironed everything. it is a great choice
