I have used this app for other stores. The app is impressive, it does what it claims to do with ease. We did need some custom installation work done. The developers handled our requests quickly and professionally.

Their support is awesome to say the least! They solved the problem that the review could not be displayed smoothly due to the specifications of the theme we were using. Every time I send an inquiry by email, the text is very polite and I have a good impression. You can choose to continue using this app with peace of mind knowing that they will support you if you encounter any trouble in the future. While other apps had a hard time importing reviews or making it go smoothly, this one went very smoothly. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm happy to write if it encourages them! We want to keep the cost of the app as low as possible, but it's worth the money. I expect the best apps and the best support in the future.

It's kind of easy to import reviews from Amazon to shopify. You need to add a chrome plugin to do this, but it's easy and convenient. Loading speed is pretty fast, better than the one I used before. If you want to add some sections in the home page or making some changes, like editing the margin or title size, you need to add some CSS code. It will be much more convenient for us if the team can make an interactive surface to achive this. Overall a good app and does what is should do.

This app works perfectly for collecting and displaying customer reviews. The interface is user-friendly, and the support team is super helpful. It has significantly improved my store’s credibility. Highly recommend Rivyo!

Great customer service! We were updating our theme and i couldn't get the star rating badge to appear by the price. I emailed them and they fixed it right away! Jigs was awesome!
