Best insurance app on the market! I've tried several other insurance apps, and most of them were frustrating to deal with. They usually require a lot of paperwork and documentation to prove every claim, which often annoyed my customers and created unnecessary delays! Route is completely different(been using it for 2 years now) The claims process is fast, simple, and very user-friendly. Everything is streamlined, making it much easier for both merchants and customers. My customers have had a much better experience with Route, and thanks to it, we got less losses. I highly recommend Route to anyone looking for a reliable shipping protection solution. I've already recommended it to many of my friends, and they've had great experiences as well.

We have been working with route for a few years and it has been a great experience. We also just implemented their returns platform as well and the transition process was pretty seamless. Justin was very hands on with making sure our complicated returns workflows were set up and functioning correctly. Very hands on and helpful.
