Excellent app! It does exactly what we need for gift and upsell promotions, and it's very flexible once configured correctly. The support team is outstanding—fast, knowledgeable, and committed to solving issues until everything works perfectly. Carmine was a big help getting things moving. I had an initial issue with my browser causing some weird behaviour during setup, but Carmine speedily helped me with a fix. Fast to reply, and very polite and helpful. Can't comment on the feature set just yet, but it seems like a really flexible app. The option that allows any product from a specified collection to be selected as a gift (which is sorely lacking in many other apps, or available in far more expensive ones) is really worth it at this price point. Smooth experience so far. Keep up the great work team! Highly recommend.
Good support, good trial package!
We're still just starting to use the app, but so far we hadn't found any app that met our needs as well as this one does! On top of that, they have a fantastic support and development team, always ready to help solve our questions and suggest improvements for our online store.
