This app completely broke my website during Cyber Week, causing an infinite loop that made it unusable at the worst possible time. Support was slow and unhelpful. I strongly recommend avoiding this app — it’s unreliable and poorly maintained.

I have been in contact with their support for a week, with help regarding to create a very commun campaign. Buy 3 pay only for 2. They have given me different answers and mixed messages about how I should do. So I have spent a lot of time and effort for nothing. They couldn’t solve it, so look for another app if you would like that campaign or similar.
We’re truly sorry for the unpleasant experience you’ve had. After reviewing your request, we realized that what you wanted can actually be done with our app. It seems there may have been some misunderstanding during our communication. experimented with free plan (using one feature at a time). ran successfully for a few days then unexpectedly quit. attempted to get support with no luck. uninstalled after 7 days.

Really poor experience. It just don't work as it promise. Styling is not possible at any level and pop-ups or progress bar are not showing up correctly and it's absolutely NOT flexible.

Regarding the app's styling feature, we have noted in the pricing section as well as within the app that styling is a feature available only in higher-tier plans. Therefore, if you are on the free plan, you won’t be able to use this feature. However, we always offer a 7-day free trial so you can try out the features of the higher plans. Terrible app and terrible customer support. The simple gwp setups never work properly and constantly have cache issues. The support teams don't work together so you are just waiting constantly for a helpful response. Highly do not recommend.

The free gift app works perfectly. Took me 10 minutes to set up my first Buy X get Y free promotion, including all the editing text to the way I want it. Had one little problem when setting it up, but Tuan soon helped me sort it out. UPDATE Was shocked to see that I've been charged $15 each for July and August for an app that was free (not free trial, but FREE) when I installed it on 12 June. Considering it won't let me set up more than one buy X get Y free and also doesn't let you stack discounts, it's not actually adding anything that's not available anywhere else. $15 a month? You're welcome to it, spend it wisely.

This is the reason why your store was applied to the new pricing plan and charged for the July and August usage like other stores meeting the subscription conditions. 2.
