Eigentlich liebe ich die App und ihre Funktionen, auch der Support gibt alles und ist wirklich super, aber irgendwie habe ich immer Probleme wenn ich wieder eine neue Kampagne plane und etwas neues teste. Mag aber auch am Shop Setup liegen, so genau versteht das glaube ich keiner. Dank dem Support konnte ich auf jeden Fall trotzdem mein Free Gift Popup umsetzen. Allerdings kam das Problem stillschweigend zurück, was natürlich extrem verkaufsschädigend ist. Ich werde mich das nächste Mal nach einer anderen App umsehen.
Es tut uns sehr leid wegen der Probleme, auf die Sie gestoßen sind. Nach einer Überprüfung in Ihrem Shop haben wir festgestellt, dass die von Ihnen vorgenommenen Änderungen in der App-Konfiguration dazu geführt haben, dass der benutzerdefinierte Code, den wir zuvor für Sie erstellt hatten, nicht mehr richtig funktioniert hat. Nach dem Update scheint nun aber wieder alles einwandfrei zu laufen. Wir hoffen sehr, dass Sie uns auch weiterhin Ihr Vertrauen schenken und uns auf unserem weiteren Weg begleiten.

No funciona correctamente si tienes cupones activos. Debes realizar combinación entre todos los cupones a riesgo de tener grandes pérdidas. Ejemplo tenemos un cupon de bienvenida, si el usuario agrega el cupón y ya tiene el regalo, al cliente se le cobra por el regalo (algo que el cliente nunca pidió puesto que es un regalo). Si hacemos lo que nos pide el servicio técnico los usuarios podrían agregar varios cupones a la vez y tener tantos beneficios que podrían causar perdidas al negocio.

Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us as we continue to improve our app. We wanted to take a moment to explain the situation regarding the discount combination feature. Since we are a third-party app on Shopify, we are required to follow Shopify's policies on how discounts work together. As we’ve mentioned before, the free gift feature in our app is considered a discount by Shopify. Given the current discount flow on Shopify, there are two primary ways it works: - Without combination enabled: Discounts cannot be combined, and only one discount can be applied to an order. - With combination enabled: Multiple discounts can be applied to the same order, provided they have the combination setting enabled. In your case, you want our discount to combine with another discount on your store but not with the remaining discounts. This is not possible with current Shopify's discount. We sincerely appreciate your understanding of this situation.

Using this app until now, we have encountered 2 bugs which has been fixed in past 2 months, and one could make us lose $600. Although it's a free app, it has a sign "Built for Shopify", that's why we trusted it, now i cannot anymore, they need to make it better.
