Carmine was a big help getting things moving. I had an initial issue with my browser causing some weird behaviour during setup, but Carmine speedily helped me with a fix. Fast to reply, and very polite and helpful. Can't comment on the feature set just yet, but it seems like a really flexible app. The option that allows any product from a specified collection to be selected as a gift (which is sorely lacking in many other apps, or available in far more expensive ones) is really worth it at this price point. Smooth experience so far. Keep up the great work team! Highly recommend.

Good support, good trial package!

We're still just starting to use the app, but so far we hadn't found any app that met our needs as well as this one does! On top of that, they have a fantastic support and development team, always ready to help solve our questions and suggest improvements for our online store. We're confident that this app will become a great partner for our e-commerce business!

The app is very user-friendly , quite well-developed, and offers a lot of features . I'm just running into a few issues at the moment, and the technical team is actively working on resolving them . Their response time is also very fast . I hope they can fix my current problem—as long as it gets resolved, I'll definitely keep using it .

Good app for free gift campaigns. Easy to set up, auto-add to cart works well. Support (Carmine) was responsive and helpful, even suggested a progress bar solution I hadn't considered. Free plan is limited (no translations), but solid for testing before committing to a paid plan.
