$30 for an app that constantly bugs is not exactly worth it, support hasn't fixed the issue completely (currently gives a temporary solution that sometimes doesn't even work) and my customers are often charge for the free gifts they add to cart. Just save your time, use a different app.

Eigentlich liebe ich die App und ihre Funktionen, auch der Support gibt alles und ist wirklich super, aber irgendwie habe ich immer Probleme wenn ich wieder eine neue Kampagne plane und etwas neues teste. Mag aber auch am Shop Setup liegen, so genau versteht das glaube ich keiner. Dank dem Support konnte ich auf jeden Fall trotzdem mein Free Gift Popup umsetzen. Allerdings kam das Problem stillschweigend zurück, was natürlich extrem verkaufsschädigend ist. Ich werde mich das nächste Mal nach einer anderen App umsehen.
Es tut uns sehr leid wegen der Probleme, auf die Sie gestoßen sind. Nach einer Überprüfung in Ihrem Shop haben wir festgestellt, dass die von Ihnen vorgenommenen Änderungen in der App-Konfiguration dazu geführt haben, dass der benutzerdefinierte Code, den wir zuvor für Sie erstellt hatten, nicht mehr richtig funktioniert hat. Nach dem Update scheint nun aber wieder alles einwandfrei zu laufen. Wir hoffen sehr, dass Sie uns auch weiterhin Ihr Vertrauen schenken und uns auf unserem weiteren Weg begleiten.

I have been in contact with their support for a week, with help regarding to create a very commun campaign. Buy 3 pay only for 2. They have given me different answers and mixed messages about how I should do. So I have spent a lot of time and effort for nothing. They couldn’t solve it, so look for another app if you would like that campaign or similar.
We’re truly sorry for the unpleasant experience you’ve had. After reviewing your request, we realized that what you wanted can actually be done with our app. It seems there may have been some misunderstanding during our communication. Awesome! I have just started using this app but I already love it. I started setting up the progress bar and found it so easy but had a few questions and within 1 minute I had Linh helping me. Straight away he was able to help and now I'm on to creating more offers. I know this app will help my business so much. Thank you again for a great app and even better customer service

I was having an issue with my pop up and the support team was ready to help in an instant. I love how many different customizations you can do for your offers and gifts. A plus is that they let you offer variations as gifts (I tried over 8 other apps before this and none of them worked as well or offered this). 5/5 Support and Customer Service!
