A must have free upsell/cross sell app in your free shopify app collection. The reward bar of this app gives you a detailed and professional depth of customization. Also you can choose a discount and a package deal option, making it a truly a versatile upsell tool for shopify. And the customer support is more than excellent, they are ready to tackle all kinds of custom requests really fast without a problem. 10 out of 10. Excellent app, excellent customer support. An app worth checking out. Great features that even big apps don't have. Respectful, courteous and attentive customer service that helps us configure the widgets in the best way. I highly recommend this app if you want to offer gifts or discounts to your customers in a pleasant and easy way for them.

We struggled to implement a specific set of rules, and reached out to their support team for assistance. Considering the time difference, their response was always very prompt and informative. I dealt with Jocelyn, who was very attentive and communicated seamlessly. Our issue was referred to their Dev team for additional support and resolved within 2 days.
