I had a great experience using the SP: Free Gifts with Purchase app! The app is very user-friendly and the support team were exptremely efficient and responsive. We struggled to implement a specific set of rules, and reached out to their support team for assistance. Considering the time difference, their response was always very prompt and informative. I dealt with Jocelyn, who was very attentive and communicated seamlessly. Our issue was referred to their Dev team for additional support and resolved within 2 days. Friendly, attentive and efficient service from these guys with a simple to use app. Thanks again Jocelyn!

We have been using the app for some time now and it is truly a game changer for us. It works seamlessly with our theme and it has help to drive up sales. We have so far used the Free Gift feature and the Volume discount feature and we are very satisfied with the results. Needless to say that it offers more functionalities which we will gradually incorporate into our store, The support is excellent from all aspects, Jocelyn was quick to respond and solved some minor issues we had in no time. I would certainly recommend this app as one of the best investments you can make for your store.

I encountered a minor issue with the app, and after contacting support, I was immediately met with kindness and expertise. The technical team responded in no time, demonstrating a deep understanding of the product and providing clear and easy-to-follow solutions. What impressed me the most was their availability in following the entire process until the issue was fully resolved, never leaving me feeling unsupported.
