This app works well for what we needed to have done! We were having some trouble getting our "free gift" to work on our website with the quick add product feature but the support team was kind and able to help us quickly and get this resolved.

This app is very good!!, it has several types of uspsell to increase purchases in the store. In addition, customer service is the best, they respond super fast and resolve any questions or requirements that we may request.

Die App hat noch ihre kleinen Anfangsfehler, aber das ist kein großes Problem, der Support hilft schnell und kann die Fehler gut beheben. Unser Umsatz ist definitiv durch diese App gestiegen!

This is the best plugin I have ever used, with full functionality. After using this plugin, the order conversion rate increased by 20%. The customer service is very capable in solving problems. I strongly recommend everyone to install it.

The free gift app works perfectly. Took me 10 minutes to set up my first Buy X get Y free promotion, including all the editing text to the way I want it. Had one little problem when setting it up, but Tuan soon helped me sort it out. UPDATE Was shocked to see that I've been charged $15 each for July and August for an app that was free (not free trial, but FREE) when I installed it on 12 June. Considering it won't let me set up more than one buy X get Y free and also doesn't let you stack discounts, it's not actually adding anything that's not available anywhere else. $15 a month? You're welcome to it, spend it wisely.

Subscription Issue When you initially installed our app in June, it was indeed available for free, with no charges applied. However, in July, we introduced a subscription plan for all app users. Our team had sent out notifications regarding the new pricing plan to all customers before the subscription launched. We noticed that you uninstalled our app on July 14 and installed it again right after that, then activated our pricing plan. This is the reason why your store was applied to the new pricing plan and charged for the July and August usage like other stores meeting the subscription conditions. 2. App Features We are eager to hear more about your specific needs when using the app's features. Since you first started using the app, we have made many improvements to our app, and it has fully addressed the issues you mentioned, such as stack discounts. Additionally, Salepify offers many other features, and you are more than welcome to return and experience them with us. This app is fantastic—easy to use, incredibly powerful, and it looks great on any Shopify theme. The support team is very responsive and helpful; they quickly resolved a few issues we had with the Upsell Cart on our theme.

We just recently tried this app and it's been a great addition to our store. Their customer support team is super helpful and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions or issues we have. While we are still exploring all the features the app offers, we can already see its positive impact on our business. One area for improvement would be adding a reporting feature to track who has taken the offer and who hasn't to track the performance of this app. Overall, we're very satisfied with the app and the support we've received.

The easiest to use gwp app I could find here on Shopify. So simple to implement and works perfectly. Great app all round and super helpful customer service. Highly recommended!
