Awesome! I have just started using this app but I already love it. I started setting up the progress bar and found it so easy but had a few questions and within 1 minute I had Linh helping me. Straight away he was able to help and now I'm on to creating more offers. I know this app will help my business so much. Thank you again for a great app and even better customer service

I was having an issue with my pop up and the support team was ready to help in an instant. I love how many different customizations you can do for your offers and gifts. A plus is that they let you offer variations as gifts (I tried over 8 other apps before this and none of them worked as well or offered this). 5/5 Support and Customer Service!

The app itself is quite easy to use and setup basic promotions. The best part about this app however is the support team who will work with you for as long as it takes to get your offer perfect. Jocelyn, Nicky and Ander from the Salepify team are super responsive and spent three weeks with us creating a fully custom design and offer for our store. The analytics piece is also great for evaluating the effectiveness of different promos.

Have been looking for a long time, to find the perfect app for offering gifts to our customers - and finally found it! Salepify didn't have all the features I needed, but the excellent support team quickly made a custom solution for me. They speak fluent english, and responds most of the time within seconds. And even better, they don't ask for a 5-star review after each conversation, like many other app providers do. A big thanks to Jocelyn and Ander from the supportteam, for helping with implementation and customization.
