The absolute best customer service among all the apps! I highly recommend Seal Subscriptions to any business looking to add a subscription program to their store (big or small). Their app is easy to use, and offers everything you need from a subscription partner - but unlike other apps, Seal goes above and beyond in their commitment to ensuring you are onboarded with ease and that any potential business challenges are solved (and quickly).

I like that this app gives the option of not auto-charging the customer, but sending an invoice instead. This avoids the customer wanting to make changes after the charge has processed. The customer service is 5-star. The app developer (Henry) is very responsive to questions. He listens to the users' issues and does his best to address them. Features are added to the app all the time. For example, the app needed a necessary feature...the ability to automatically recalculate the renewal dates after a customer has paused and then restarted his subscription. I contacted Henry about it and after a while he was able to add that feature. He is always helpful!
Thank you for your review. The app actually already recalculates the renewal dates after the customer pauses and then resumes their subscription. It will recreate the invoicing schedule according to the last successful charge. Very easy to install and excellent customer service. Had a specific coding requirement which was dealt with in under 24 hrs Highly recommended

your app deserves 5 stars. You have a very fair pricing model for small businesses. This is a very important point. Only in this way you can grow together. The functions, presentation and customizability is really great implemented. The support is fast and professional. Thanks Henry

We love the seal subscription app, while we are still learning to lean in to all its features, it's made recurring orders for our customers a breeze! Super helpful support too.

Fairly simple to use! Great way to get started with memberships and subscriptions. I'd recommend it to anyone dipping their toes into subscriptions.

Set up was easy! Really like the simplistic set up. Have not had too much time to see how it runs but so far seems to be great!

This is a well-designed and robust subscription app with lots of options, it offers every functionality that I've needed so far. I appreciate the free level for starting out. Good and helpful support via email. Highly recommended.

For the most part, the Seal Subscriptions app has been working well for us. There have been a couple of surprises along the way, but the Customer Service has been good at helping out.

Great company and app! I've been trying to find a subscription option that's compatible with bundles and this is it! Henry was super helpful with troubleshooting issues.

I believe in the axiom of giving credit where credit is due, and you have to acknowledge a miracle when you see one. The customer service is the most helpful one I have encountered so far, and Henry is kind and helpful. They are patient and efficient! The app can be tough to use at the beginning but the staff will be there to help.
