Seems to be the real deal so far, installed and very easy to customize/integrate! We haven't processed a subscription yet as we are just building the site and preparing to launch. We have used other subscription apps in the past and this is by far better on just the integration step alone.

I have been using other subscription apps to launch my new store but I was having trouble with activiating them and asked for their customer support but none of them were responding. HOWEVER, Seal Subscription is my life saver! Henry was very responsive with the email and solved the issue in less than 15 minutes! THANK YOU Again!!

I just downloaded this app because it is free. Am still working with it, but would like the option for the first order to be discounted. Not just the next order.
Thank you for your review. The Seal Subscriptions app allows you to give your customers a discount on recurring orders and on initial orders (the first order the customers place when they subscribe). To give customers a subscription discounts on initial orders, head over to the General Settings and turn on the "Apply subscription discounts on initial orders" setting. Best Regards, Seal Team

I was getting very frustrated with another app service similar and mostly because I knew there had to be an easier way than tampering with my shop code. THIS WAS SOOOO EASY! Thank you so much!! I love it!!

Incredibly easy to set up and use. Nice that the customer isn't automatically charged. Also very convenient to pre-select intervals that the customer can then choose for the frequency of subscription.

The app works as described and at a much fairer price than the other subscription apps on Shopify. If you run into any issues be sure to check the FAQ (https://www.sealsubscriptions.com/articles/frequently-asked-questions) as it covers a lot of common problems that I ran into getting the app to work like I wanted. Also, I had an issue adding links into the subscription description and the developers contacted me and fixed the problem within 24 hours, and I'm a free user! So far so good. Super easy to use and quick to apply to the website. Very user friendly. Happy with our service so far. Not to mention its a lo cheaper than other options, so that made us happy being a start-up.

The features of the app work amazingly well and customisation is straightforward. Customer support is prompt and highly effective - it is even better than Shopify Support! I would not go further when looking for a subscription feature in my webshop. Can't wait for Shopify to release the Checkout App Extension to have the full subscription experience!

Works great! My site is a bit complicated, so the coding needed to be fixed a little. They used staff account and fix the issue within 5 mins. SO HAPPY! Add the App, you'll be happy you did!

We needed to offer the option of a subscription to the few customers that had been requesting. The volume is not high, so we didn't want an expensive monthly solution for a few orders. Seal Subscriptions is just what we were looking for, and Henry was very responsive and helpful when we could not figure out how to add the code into our particular theme. He got it up and running and answered all of our remaining questions. We have very high hopes for building our subscription business with this tool.

This app is easy to install and Henry is very responsive. The app worked right away but I needed help with some formatting, Henry was fast and his directions were clear. Easy peasy.

I installed this app and then all my Google ads stopped running, I contacted Google and they told me its an app I installed on Shopify that has malicious links/code. And this is the only app I installed,
Update 2020-04-28: The issue with Google Ads has been resolved. In case your ads are still disapproved, we recommend you to contact Google Ads support and send them a screenshot of a security scan of your page from Google Search Console. This will help you get your ads re-approved. In case the issue persists for your shop, please contact us at [email protected] ---- Hi, We are in contact with Google and are trying to resolve this issue. Unfortunately you installed the app before we were aware of the issue and before we were able to post a warning on our app listing page. We believe that our domain is flagged by mistake and are waiting for Google to check what exactly seems to be the issue. I am sorry that you had to experience this. We hope that this issue will be resolved in a week or two, so you will be able to use the app. Thank you for understanding, Team Seal

The day after I installed the app, my google ads flagged my ads as "malicious or unwanted software". Not sure if it's this app, but I will change my review later if it's incorrect. Nevertheless, I find it very coincidental. Edit: Google confirmed it was this app. I sent an email to the app support. Support will contact google for clarification as to why it's being flagged as malicious. I won't be testing it after being unflagged or not because I'm not sure if I'll be selling any subscription product in the future. As per the quick replies by the support, I'm changing the rating to 3 stars. In the future, if I use this app and there are no more problems, I'll change the rating accordingly. PS: The app seemed to work. But as I need to run ads, I can't use it at the moment, and the downtime of my ads are noticeable on my website traffic.
Update 2020-04-28: Thank you for being patient with us. The issue with Google Ads has been resolved. Google has whitelisted our domain and the ads should no longer get disapproved. We have tested the solution for 2 weeks now and it everything seems to be okay :) Thank you for bringing up this issue. ---------- Hi, I am sorry to hear that. Very Useful App, i like the simple operation and the simple creation of subscriptions. this app is a great thing, I am very happy with it. Love it after 2 years using, in my opinion the best subscription app on market!!
