This would be an awesome app if we could use our third party payment provider (Authorize.net) for subscription orders. We set it up with the understanding that it worked across other payment providers, including Paypal, sadly, the cart shows the customer that the payment function is broken when they have a subscription item in the cart. No way to collect money for the order unless its Shopify processing.
Hi, As mentioned, the auto-charging subscriptions can currently only work with Shopify Payments or PayPal Express. This is a limitation that is present on all subscription apps. However, our Seal Subscriptions app has an option which allows you to use it in recurring invoices mode (where you don't automatically charge your customers). Very useful and easy to install and configure. The free plan is perfect to start with a small shop. Great support, very kind and fast. This Shopify App has a really good customer service, the give us support really quick.

The setting is completed in about 3 minutes, so it is extremely easy to use. All you have to do now is wait for the results.
We have used the app very successfully to manage and build our subscriptions over the last year and half. Integration is superb, it is easy to use and their customer service is faultless. Importantly, the app is continually evolving with new features you can adapt to suit your changing needs.
FANTASTIC APP! I was migrating from ReCharge for several reasons. Seal went above and beyond, coding so it looked better on mobile (for free), answers to every question I had and help at every step of the way, several emails in a day too, other platforms can take days to respond. I can't recommend them enough, and it is much simpler to use than ReCharge, you don't end up with 1 million products that all need syncing etc. Highly recommend.

Not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about - I'm on the free plan and it works perfectly. So easy to use and adapts to the look of my Impulse theme automatically. Had one issue where the javascript on my theme was creating a bug but Henry had it fixed within 24 hours. So appreciate the responsive support. Highly recommend for your subscription needs! Also - if you use the tip/donation function built into Shopify the app knows to not make the tip/donation part of the recurring amount.
Setup was incredibly easy and quick. Hoping the subscriptions start coming through just as easily soon!
I love how simple the app is, and most importantly has a free plan available! This gives me the option to see if a subscription plan will work for our business or not without having to pay as soon as I download the app like other apps. Thank you so much! Now just waiting to see if we can scale our business with this app!

Love the flexibility of this app. I tried another at first and it was less flexible and still I had to do some coding (not my strong suit) to get it going. I switched to Seal, very easy to get started and had all the features my customers requested. I had a little glitch with the app, reached out to them via email and they fixed it within hours, on a Saturday!
The support is amazing! The app as-well :) I had an issue with our custom code and they fixed the app to be compatable with our theme within 1 day
