Seal Subscriptions App

I am reviewing because within a few hours they added compatibility to auto install to my custom (alchemy) theme store. No need to code anything. Thanks Henry! Will update once we get subscribers! Happy so far.

Okay I am going to let the review of my life. I had Henri to support me. That guy was INSANE, really he just act like if my business was is own. He solved my problem by editing and adding something directly in the app. How many support team you know that would adapt their own app to make you happy ? The app is running really well and the support is like I said at the top of what you can imagine. If you need subscription on your website, auto-charging or not, this app will make you happy.

We love the option of having the subscriptions be automatic or not. The customer support team is incredibly helpful as well.

Very easy to set up and easy to use. Very pleased so far. Can't wait to start receiving subscriptions.

So far so good! Very easy to navigate and easy to setup. I recommend trying it out. Widget appeared easily on product page as stated.

I have a successful coffee business because I roast on demand. And Seal Subscriptions must get some credit for allowing customers to seamlessly curate their choices and keep shipments coming. From a position of support, outstanding, configuration very deep. Everything you could ask for.

I just installed this app and I can't believe how easy it was! All done within minutes! I will update when customers have used it. Awesome app.

The one glaring cavity in this app is that it doesn't integrate with Shopify Email which seems like a no-brainer to me. People rarely leave reviews on their own when they have an average...

Installation was quick and easy on day one. Will see how it performs. Excited to hear auto billing will be coming soon!

The app was easy to download and set up. Was a great choice for my new subscription box. I like the free version available until my group grows.

This app is great and works well, we are using it to sell subscribing products to our clients and its seems to be seamless

really easy to use and install. Not yet had the chance to tailor it much, but pretty straight forward.

Getting nearly perfect. Great support and app but 2 warnings: 1. product text on your subscriptions does not update when you update your store products. If you have a spelling error or clarify a product description, your subscription test does not update. Needs to be a toggle/option to push this to subscriptions. 2. Not yet possible to offer the same product as auto-pay or invoice (featured is planned in future). You must create the product 2x in your store which is confusing to customers and messy for inventory management. Other apps offer the customer to choose between these options, we get many customer complaints about this feature missing.

I installed this app to provide subscriptions for my customers. This will allow them to put their therapeutic products on autopilot. On install I noticed that the customer would be invoiced for payment, However, they are going to start auto payments sometime soon.

Updated: The application worked fine, but it didn't work for what I wanted to accomplish. I will try the app again when the update occurs in mid-January when I was told they will roll out fixed price discounts. The app is good, I'm just disappointed because it didn't work at this moment. Old: Installed the application and just needed a fixed price discount amount. You can only do percentages. Tried to circumvent by creating a Shopify Discount code for the fixed-rate amount, but received a "discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart" - I'm not sure if this is a Shopify issue or app issue. Will continue working on it to figure it out.
