The Seal customer service has been great. We had a recommendation for something that would help our business and within a month the developers had it created and solved our problem. We've been using the app for over 2 years and have had a great experience.

Sadly it's not very good. It's just cheap. It's hard for customers to find their profile to make changes, their arent great options to create upcomin subscription emails or features to understand why your customer has unsubscribed
Hi, We have contacted you and are looking for your reply, as the customer portal can be easily accessed by customers, it just has to be configured in your theme :) Can I ask you to get back to us at [email protected] so we can help you set this up? Also, we have codeless email editing functionality, which allows you to easily adjust the email templates that your customers receive. In addition to that, you can set the app to gather the cancellation reason from your customers when they cancel the subscription. I am not good at using Shopify/Setting up my website and this app made it SO easy for me to set up a monthly subscription. 10/10 recommend.

So far this service has been everything I've needed to keep our subscriptions going. I was loosing subscribers annually, and this service has set things up seamlessly with my Shopify store.
