We switched from a $$ subscription app to Seal and couldn't be more pleased. The app was easy to set up and integrates perfectly with our website. We haven't needed customer service which actually says a lot - the app worked out of the box without issue and we're very happy to be saving big bucks we can use elsewhere. We highly recommend Seal!

This app does what it says - allows a customer to subscribe to a product. I landed on Seal after installing, playing with, and then uninstalling a dozen + other subscription apps. They were ugly, bloated, or just didn't work as expected. Seal works! The admin is easy to crawl through, the subscriptions are easy to set up, the customer portal looks great, and overall - I am thrilled. Plus their customer service is amazing. Even when I contacted them about a really stupid error on my part, they were quick to respond and assist. I would give 10 stars if I could!

uninstalled on May 18, yet the company continues to charge us a monthly fee!!! And of course Shopify won't assist. Beware!
Update 2023-07-05: We have sent you multiple emails about this, but we can't seem to get a hold of you anymore. If anyone else is reading this, the charges for apps are always processed automatically by Shopify for the billing periods that are started when the app is still installed with a premium plan. In case you get charged for the billing period which was started just before you uninstalled the app, you can simply contact us at [email protected] and we will be more than happy to approve and issue a refund. Original reply: Hi, We have sent you an email about this and will be more than happy to process this refund, but we first need to receive a reply from you on the email we sent you where we asked you a few things :) Can you please check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from [email protected]? At Perth Coffee Exchange we love the app for it's ability to customise and amend. The team always respond and resolve any queries quickly and are happy to take feedback on board. It would be great to be able to search things like the Inventory Forecast with custom time periods rather than just the standard 7 and 30 days. This would enable us to order more accurately. For us depending on the supplier we may need to order stock 10-14 days out due to lead and delivery times. Keep up the great work and cheers to great coffee - Jon Carlin Perth Coffee Exchange

Great App and great service from the Seal team!! I had an issue and disabled the app but got in touch with the support team and they fixed my issue without any more involvement from my side. Received a mail to indicate everything was resolved and presto all done. I enabled the app and works like a dream. Thanks team.

I used Seal Subscriptions during my shopify evaluation phase. I am very happy with this app. the support is very good! quick and very helpful. I decided to not use shopify, but this is not related to this app.

So far so good. I just installed and it was easy to integrate. The widget looks amazing and I'm impressed with how quickly I was able to get the subscriptions up and running. Also, the team has been very responsive! Thanks!

This is a great app, and the customer service is phenomenal. Their simple platform has allowed my business to get off the ground. Because of their free model, it's given me time to grow, and I will be sticking with them for the paid model when I need more functionality. The UX is not always intuitive, and the support documentation is limited. Once they build that out, this app will be unstoppable.
