The free plan doesn't allow you to automatically charge the customer. That's ok, however it should be more well stated in the comparison of the plans. Apparently that is only available in the Legends and up which is a pretty high plan. I'm a brand new store and small farm business, so it's not a show stopper but while setting up items, it kept wanting to charge me but did not specifically tell me why.
Thank you for your review :) Actually, the free plan does all you to automatically charge customers :) I suspect that you saw the option in subscription rules which allows you to apply the subscription rule on ALL products in your shop. This specific option is locked behind Legend plan, but you can just scroll past this option and select the specific products you want to apply this auto-charging subscription rule on :) If you need any help with that, just send us an email to [email protected] Best regards, Seal Subscriptions app team

Great value on the free version! I wish it would allow to edit the shipping rate, but still satisfied.

So far so good, does what I need
I encountered some issues with custom CSS for the widget layout on my website, so I reached out to customer service. Nathan was exceptionally patient and promptly responded to my multiple emails seeking assistance. He skillfully adjusted the code on his end to ensure the widget matched my specifications precisely. I am thoroughly pleased with both the app and the outstanding customer service!
Easy to install, user friendly.
Just started but found it very easy to implement and customize with colors and verbage. So far so good!
