Seal Subscriptions App

Works very easy and has a lot of features even in the free version. Works without problems. Had contact with support once regarding a technical thing when launching on new markets, problem solved instantly, not like the other apps with outsourced customer service.

I own a haircare company and adding Subscriptions is to increase my sales and grow my recurring clientele. Seal Subscriptions made it super easy to set up and extremely functional!

The integration and setup was flawless. Took me less than 15-minutes. Highly recommend. Also, make sure to check State laws surrounding subscription services. This was the only app I found with a free plan which is great for new businesses like mine, however, for those in California, a customer who accepts a subscription offer online must be able to cancel the subscription online and the free plan does not offer this. SB 313 Section 17602 of the Business and Professions Code.

Had a bit of trouble with the widget placement at first, but customer service sorted it out really quickly. Just shoot them an email if you have questions, and they're quite fast at responding, even on weekends. All in all, things are going well. I think this app offers the best bang for your buck in the subscriptions category.

I haven't used the app yet as I literally am JUST launching it, but I had some questions about appearance and the customer service was top notch. They responded almost immediately and they didn't just tell me how to fix it, they jumped on it and emailed back with "it's taken of!" Talk about customer service. 10/10. Functionality wise, I'm not doing anything complicated with my subscriptions but I found it incredibly easy to setup.

This product is truly user-friendly, no frills attached. Also, I appreciate the excellent service provided.

Make no mistake, this is easily the best subscriptions app... hands down.

Moved from Recharge to Seal and I'm so happy I did. Migration of current subscriptions and setting up Seal on my Shopify website was seamless and simple!

It took some time for me to get the hang of it, but I was able to set-up the rules and understand the potential of the app. I am glad that I was encouraged to try a little harder. It is actually not that difficult. The good news is that the subscription service now automatically charges shipping for each delivery. I thought I would have to make special rules. We will see how it goes. I am sure that some customers will appreciate having the subscription option.

Super easy to set up and incredibly flexible even with the free plan O_O Generous features available to the smallest of businesses and they don't take a % of your sales. Unheard of! The videos/documentation was beyond helpful in getting up and running fast.

I just started using this app, but it was very simple to set up and seems to be working great! Really looking forward to digging into it more.

It's something to get used to, but it makes it easy to keep track of subscriptions! Been using the laptop version for a few months and have only run into one glitch that was fixed promptly by customer support. Would recommend!
