Pour l'instant rien à redire, service client réactif et le forfait gratuit propose énormément de choses dont la remise contre avis client et le parrainage contrairement à mon ancienne application !! De plus les widgets sont vraiment bien et personnalisable (icône, couleur, forme etc ..) encore une fois comparer à mon ancienne application ça fait vraiment le job pour l'instant, à voir par la suite et je ne manquerai pas de modifier mon avis si nécessaire !! LA ATENCIÓN FUE MUY BUENA, AGRADABLE Y RÁPIDA PENSÉ QUE ESTABA HABLANDO CON UNA IA JEJE. 100% SATISFECHO. LO UNICO ES QUE TENÍA QUE ESTAR TRADUCIENDO EL MENSAJE CADA VEZ, CAPAZ PODRÍAN INTEGRAR UN TRADUCTOR AUTOMATICO EN EL MISMO CHAT DE SU PLATAFORMA. SALUDOS DESDE CONCEPCIÓN, CHILE

I have to say that using the app with a mobile device does not work with the app, but requires a mobile browser instead and using shopify left menu. Other than that, the app works as expected. I'm happy with it.
