I like the support , Faith was very helpful ... also the App is very simple to use ( so far ) and i recommend it .

They charge me 25,80 EUR every month for no reason. I want my money back, so I asked it. And they didn't respond. I expect quick help from shopify! There are scammers!!!! Jensen is the worst customer service employee ever, please fire him. He is there for nothing, seriously nothing.

The app is great, we managed to collect a lot of products reviews from customer without doing anything. Customer support is state of the art. I heavily recommend this app!

So far the app is fantastic! Very impressed! On the 2 occasions I have reached out the support has been great. Instant response with a real person and very clear help - despite our silly questions! Thank you for your support ANd again thank you Shan
