I had an issue with some reviews that a hired person uploaded (they were not for my products or any vendor that I use). They were positive, but since not accurate, it was dishonest so I wanted them removed. Customer Service was super fast and helpful in getting them removed (I did have to lose all reviews, which was fine. Lesson learned, I'll upload cvs files myself to ensure they are all valid and correct.) But I do love the look of the app on my store! And my customer service experience was great! Thank you so much!

The interface is clear and easy to operate. The customer service staff are very professional and solve the problem quickly. Five stars recommended
