The customer service is quick and very helpful. The review system is also easy to use and customizable. The only thing I wish was that the service had more ways to import reviews from different sites. So, far the service can only import reviews from AliExpress. If the service could do the same with suppliers like amazon, cj dropshipping, etc. It would easily be one of the best services on the app store.

UPDATE: As much as I like the simplicity and functionality of the app, not to mention the 5-star customer support, I must say that the app still leaves much to be desired. Importing reviews is easy, but they just might show up in a different language from that on Aliexpress. It gets iffy, but I'll keep it because it covers the basics, and the errors can be worked around.

Great tool, fast and very competent Service from Nona. For me personally, the app is way to expensive. So i wouldn`t consider to buy a subscribtion for this, even with 70% off its way to high. Only want one option and this is WAY to expensive for this only thing that i need. Still great.

Funciona perfeitamente, é fácil de configurar, porém os nomes das pessoas nos reviews, não condis com nome de pessoas do meu pais, são nomes e sobrenomes americanos, sendo que eu estou no Brasil e configurei o App para importar reviews de Brasileiros, isso dá uma ligeira impressão de que os reviews são bots.

This seller knows how to communicate with buyers as myself she even has a sense of humor as well and is well engaged with your concerns as well as any questions or concerns. I am actually ordering from her again awaiting my second order! She updates you if there is a problem and assure you that your package is coming My sample arrived earlier than what I expected. As a New Business Owner this is the kind of asset I will appreciate from a supplier.

It's a pretty decent app, but the best thing yet is the customer support. The app could use some improvement, but I wouldn't complain because issues are promptly resolved by the friendly customer support team.

I Like it besides the fact that its free. It doesn't translate but not big deal can't complains besides thats its easy to navigate
