accidentally deleted all my products on Shopify and lost all my reviews along with them. I was devastated because those reviews took a long time to build. I reached out to the Trustoo support team and they were incredibly helpful — they were able to locate all my reviews and reassign them back to the correct products on my store. I honestly didn’t think it was possible to recover them. Trustoo saved me. If you’re looking for a reliable review app that actually has your back when things go wrong, this is it. 10/10 would recommend.

Despite an initial technical hurdle importing my customer photos from previous apps, the team responded with exemplary professionalism. While other services often do the bare minimum, Pia and her team made a genuine, concrete effort to adapt my CSV files and save all my customer visuals. This kind of personalized support gives me the confidence to commit to a long-term paid subscription. The app is powerful, but it’s their reactivity and commitment to service that truly earn these 5 stars.
