Shopify Search & Discovery

Works as intended. Set up was instant and settings are intuitive.
Works well for small shops. I have a collection with 20K+ products, and this is useless.
This is a pathetic excuse for an app that is supposed to provide basic functionality. It's so limited that it's close to useless.
Does the Shopify Search & Discovery work with the new prestige team? I can only see the filter when I search for a product in the search bar first. How can I install it correct ?
limited features, doesn't work well with colors...
Looks interesting, but the documentation makes it hard to figure out how to make something as simple as to show the aggregated average reviews value in a simple product. Needs some fixings. The documentation is not good enough. I can't figure out the reason someone found useful to filter products based on the number of reviews instead of their average value. :-) Will be pleased to receive some help from support, but it even lacks to add a support button like most of the rest of modules in Shopify.
website not working right after installing this app. not compatible.
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your site. The Search & Discovery app customizes native features of Shopify's platform, for example, choosing your collection filters or product recommendations. It does not inject any custom elements or scripts into your website to display these though, that is required of the theme. So there wouldn't be a change in behaviour post-install. We recommend contacting your online store theme's developer for support to see if it's having issues working with native Shopify APIs and features. Alternatively, you could contact the developers of any recently installed apps to see if they run custom scripts on your site that may have caused this issue.
Veru good app but the Shopify support is not on par with the rest of the apps on from the app store. App devs are helping with app installation and customization but Shopify help is redirecting to public resources. Well, we won't need support if we could find our answers in public resources. There is not even a support email where we can answer questions! My question: how we can make the filters sticky on the default Shopify Dawn theme.
