Works great; would rate this with five stars if it would be possible if you could change the way of filtering. Currently 'OR' is standard in the same filtergroup; would be great if there it is configurable to change this to AND (i.e. to narrow down options). I.e. If PC and Xbox are selected for Platform you would expect to see items that work on both PC and Xbox. Currently you see items that work on PC or Xbox.
Letting you know that we shipping a new "Logic" setting for certain filter types that will let you configure "AND" filtering logic. Sadly this is useless if you have multiple languages in your shop. The product type values can't be translated anywhere, so your customers will only see them in your shop's standard language. I can only hope this will be fixed soon, as many people have criticized this before.

However, "product type" isn't yet a product field that can be translated, so you could work around that issue by using product metafield values instead

The app works flawlessly and is easy to use. Would even have the potential for 5 stars! However, the major disadvantages are that neither the filter names nor the option names can be translated into another language. If you set up the option 'Größe' in a German shop, it should say 'Size' for the English language selection... something like that is actually standard. Another deficit is that in order to view only available products, the customer first has to select this filter. There should be a optional default setting in the app that only available products or variants are displayed and filtered... In the fashion industry, for example, it is common to sell only available products/variants . If a customer has to set this filter first before choosing color and size, it is unnecessarily complicated.

it gets the job done but we are having a hard time with the recommended products. It recommends the same product style over and over in other colors instead of other items they might like. So we are having to go in to every product and pick what it recommends. Very labor intensive.

Installed the apps with high hopes seeing how intuitive and integrated within the shopify ecosystem. Enabled filter in my collection to find out the filter do not work at all, using dawn theme which is a 2.0 theme, could not figure out why it wasn't working.
Sorry to hear your store is experiencing an issue with product filtering. The app does work with Online Store 2.0 themes built to display filters. If your theme’s codebase has been modified, or an installed third-party app has modified it, then the changes might be preventing product filtering to work as expected. To see if it is theme code changes causing the issue: install a recent copy of the Dawn theme, or any other free theme, from the Theme Store and preview it as an unpublished theme. If filtering works, then we recommend contacting whoever made the codebase changes to the store. If the issue persists, we recommend contact Shopify’s Support agents to help you troubleshoot.

Superb app for fine-tuning search results and directing customers to the right products. Requires a little work to setup various filters and boosts, but once they are in place search results on our store are significantly more helpful. However, one feature request would be the ability to boost blog posts. *EDIT: We were able to achieve a blog post boost by creating a synonym group focused on the blog post title.

I could easily filter products by meta field with this app. It's free and very easy to customize.I think it's a good app. However, this app has one major drawback. We cannot translate the filters made with this app. Please Please Please Please make it translatable with translate& adapt.

This app only works on certain Shopify Themes, I worked for over three weeks to add the details for all my products ONLY to find my Shopify Theme does not support adding complementary products :-(
The app is able to change the native search and product recommendations of Shopify, but that does require your Online Store theme to be using these native features. We recommend contacting your theme's developer about these missing features, or checking if they are already available in a more recent version of your theme. All Online Store 2.0 themes from our Theme Store have adopted these features, so you can preview them there.

Hello, the app has a big disadvantage. It supports the metafields for filtering (very good). But only in the native language. If you change the language within the online shop the filters are shown still in the native language. All metafields has been translated in all languages by an additional app. Bad Bad Bad. When will you make the filtering international?

I downloaded the app and was impressed with its user-friendly interface. It's so intuitive that I would even be willing to pay for it. However, there is a significant flaw in the filtering feature that renders it useless for our needs. The problem lies in the static nature of the filters. For instance, if I select 'Brown' under the 'Color' filter and 'L' under the 'Size' filter, the app returns 'nothing found.' This is because the filters are not dynamically linked, meaning that the app does not take into account the relationship between the two filters. It would be great if the app could have a dynamic filter behavior where choosing values from different filters wouldn't result in the frustrating 'nothing found' message. For example, it would be helpful if selecting 'Brown' would automatically eliminate 'L' from the 'Size' filter, preventing users from encountering a dead end. Overall, the app has great potential, but the filter issue needs to be addressed to make it more practical for users. I hope the developers can implement a dynamic filter behavior soon.

Regarding your request for filters to be dynamically linked: It is already possible for Shopify themes to show how many results a filter will return before it is applied, and those counts are updated as customers apply additional filters. If your theme isn't already taking advantage of this feature already, we recommend contacting your theme's developer for assistance on implementing it. You can test this feature on your own store by downloading any of Shopify's free themes and previewing it in your store as an unpublished theme.

Our store is set to continue selling when out of stock, which I am told means that the availability filter for this app shows EVERYTHING as in stock. i really wish there were more settings so that the availability filter was actually useful.

There's no ability to sort the products whatsoever, makes using the app incredibly difficult. I can't cross reference against my product list to ensure all products have been audited, which is a major fail. In fact, when I look in the app, there are only 66 products showing - yet I have 89 active products. I have no easy way of seeing which products aren't showing in the app (- and why aren't they showing anyway?)
Thank you for your feedback. We released an update this week that should help you. You can now view your entire product catalog and use the search, filter, and sort features–within the index table–to narrow down which products you want to edit.

J'ai installé cette application et j'aurais tellement aimé quelle fonctionne mais lorsque je l'active sur ma boutique, la page de mes produits sur cellulaire ne s'affiche pas bien, la page se promène sur l'écran comme si elle était zoomer et Google search console me fait le message que ma page n'est pas lisible par les cellulaire. J'ai le thème Impulse alors peut-être que mon thème n'est pas compatible. Très dommage, j'aimais tellement cette application.
Bonjour, désolé d'entendre parler de ce problème. L'affichage des produits aux acheteurs est contrôlé par votre thème, et non par l'application. Nous vous recommandons de contacter les développeurs d'Impulse à propos des problèmes d'affichage. Le problème pourrait déjà être résolu par une version plus récente du thème Impulse :)
