Did my research on which search & filter apps can be used for my store and Searchanise is the answer. Need some time for me to get familiar with the setup but once l got it right, it is just piece of cake! Their support team also helped me with my inquiries. Overall, Searchanise has been a very effective tool for our ecommerce site. The pricing is fair and the support is generally very responsive!

In theory, I like this search quite a bit, but with nearly 1000 products already on site, it's hard to go and create new tags and also create new filters. Really wish filters could be re-ordered, or if they can, make it more intuitive. We will continue to test it and write a revised review once fully implemented.

We've been using Searchanise for a while now, and overall, we are very pleased with both the app and the support team. App Functionality and Design: The app itself works exceptionally well and was easy to integrate into our system. It offers a wide range of functions that can be tailored to meet our specific needs. The app is fast, reliable, and features a sleek, modern design that enhances our user experience. Support Team: The support team has been incredibly helpful throughout our integration process and subsequent troubleshooting. While the resolution of some issues took longer than expected, the team was always responsive and provided effective solutions to our problems. They assisted us with several challenges, including cart drawer integration and adjusting the display of our search icons. They also promptly corrected the currency display in our side cart drawer, switching it from dollars to euros as needed. Overall, we are satisfied with the service and the functionality of the app. The support team’s dedication to resolving our issues, despite not always being the fastest, has been greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Searchanise for its versatility, performance, and user-friendly design.

5 days trial gone: The app works stable, and the theme is not broken. Positive: - well designed, with a hundred settings, admin panel comfortable to use both on mobile and PC. - great analytics. It gives more information about internal search performance than native Shopify reports Negative: - support is dead. except autoresponder no answer for 4 days. - Filters in the collection you can't use because the app automatically switches to some weird collection design. And there are no settings to change it. So I can't disable the native Shopify search and filter app - Integration with Langify does nothing - Integration with Ryviu does nothing - a high price for use. without support, it can be less $15 monthly

As for the negative aspects you described, I should say we're sorry we caused you any sort of inconvenience. We're eager to improve so let us address all the points one by one: 1. Support. We apologize for making you wait! We are currently working on the response speed so we will do all we can to make you see the improvement soon. 2. Filters on collections. This feature is our Search results widget so that's the reason why the design might be different when you enable our Filters on collections. The good news is we're always ready to help with it. We already asked you about it via email so we will gladly look into it once we receive the needed details. 3. The Langify and Rivyo integrations should work correctly so we will be happy to look into your particular case further. 4. Price. We're sorry to see it seems too high for what you get. Not the most intuitive user interface in the backend. Frontend is great though. The support is very good, but not too fast response time.

Generally works excellently at a great low cost. Sometimes I've needed some help setting up more detailed functions, but the support team have been helpful at all times

Still trying to explore and learn about the app, however there are some translation limits for us at the moment as we cannot translate Filters into more than one language. Their support have been excellent though and super helpful, so 5 stars to that!

Wirklich super Idee die App, es schleichen sich leider regelmäßige Fehler ein die teilweise zu kleinen aber auch mal zu großen Problem führen, die nur auffallen weil ich eh selbst jeden Tag auf dem Shop bin und daran arbeite. Der Support antwortet schnell und ist freundlich. Letztlich ist es die einzige App die das kann was ich suche und deswegen nutzen wir sie. Es ist die beste Filter-App aber leider ab und an mit Fehlern.

Good searching app. The filters work well. We wish there was a little more customization with merchandising/sorting products on the search page. But the team at Searchanise has been very helpful. They are quick to respond and are typically able to solve any issues almost immediately.

Ilya P. was very helpful, nice and quick with my requests. However, I wish the app itself was more user friendly with CSS modifications. Just to change the button color of the search results required CSS code from the support team instead of having a better UX. In general a good app. Support is very quick at least.

The development team really went above and beyond to help us achieve a pretty complicated solution between our code and another 3rd party integration with theirs. They were extremely responsive and worked with us towards our deadlines and launch.

We have been using this app for almost two years now and it has been going well. I love the amount of customizability of the app. You can change the color of just about everything and with custom HTML and CSS we can make it look even better. Their support is great and has helped with all of the custom code we added. There are a lot of features so it does take a little bit to get the app dialed in and working the way you want it to. The only bad thing about the app is how much work it takes to make it perfect, and even after that to keep it working you should try and spend a little bit each week to keep it running well. Overall It is a great app and would recommend

The app was installed by developers to enable filters and manage collections and it does do this well, we've only experienced one outage since installing a year ago. We're not using this app to the full extent of its capabilities and would probably benefit from a walkthrough session with the Searchanise team. Would totally recommend the Searchanise team as they are super helpful and friendly, jumping in to quickly resolve an issue that turned out to be unrelated to the app.

After a somewhat difficult start, now I am very happy. The customer service responds quickly and for now they have solved all the problems I encountered.

UPDATE : The team has solved the problem for our store. Thanks a lot ! The app works great for filtering and search. But since we installed it we have SEO issues. The main problem is that the app prevents us from adding h2 titles tag to our products names on our collection pages. Also, the app prevents us fron adding alt tags to our images.

The app has strong functionality making it much more than simply a search app. We use Searchanise mainly for search results, collections, and filters on both. It would be great if they advanced their filters to include sliders for numerical ones, and if they could develop local search indexing it would make it a lot faster. Overall definitely worth a download.
