My experience with the Smart Search & Filter App and Searchanise has been excellent. The support team has been fabulous and has helped me customise my collection pages so they provide a great on-brand experience for my customers. Thanks expecially to Tatiana.

I can say without any doubt that I have received the best support from this app developer of any app or even the Shopify support team itself. 5 stars are not enough to convey how well we have been served. They have helped us customize the app in ways that are remarkably helpful for our business and have done so quickly and competently, more so than any other app developer I have ever worked with, with immediate responses to our queries and development solutions rolled out often within an hour. Shout out to Yuriy directly, he has been amazing with his help and support and technical expertise. If you are looking for an advanced search and filtering app you will be hard pressed to find one that has a support team this able and willing to do whatever needed to optimized it for your business. Works like a charm, easy set up if you want little, still many options if you want more, nice look at frontend, good menu at backend, very nice to improve shop search by 1000%

We've used this app with great results for many years now. The other day something happened however, and the app ceased to work temporarily. I contacted the Searchanise Support team and they resolved the problem in less than 4 hours of us granting them access to our store to fix the problem. On top of this, the level of customer service was 5 star too. We were kept up-to-date with what was happening and were even given an explanation of what caused the problem at the end of the process. Very impressed, would highly recommend!

The functionality is great, the filtering and searches are much more powerful than the native themes and the cost is very reasonable. The support I've had from Stacy has been above and beyond - she's been willing to work together with me (and by herself) to get exactly the look we wanted. Thank you!

Customer support very slow but they fix the issues thank you. It can be more faster filter and more easy to use

The Smart Search & Filter app has been an awesome discovery and a real game changer for my store. Even with the best 2.0 overly expensive Shopify themes, this Searchanise app improves the search, particularly for collection pages. I've faced a few customisation issues with the app over the last few months to get it working just as I wanted and the Searchanise team were so helpful each and every time. Winner winner chicken dinner!

We have used Smart Search & Filter app for more than 5 years. It's solid and reliable and the features and design have continued to evolve over the years. Their support is fast and friendly. We recently compared it to other filtering apps but all proved to be more expensive and had fewer features. Searchanise is solid.
