Very responsive support team. We use the Pro package with over 50k products and it loads results as quickly as can be. Collections on filters work great too!

Excellent experience. Prompt, knowledgeable support and less than 24 hour turnover on their responds. I receive responses from the team the same day. Everyone I cross paths with very genuine and kind and truly do care for mutual success. I can't recommend enough! the first request for support was slow, but after Andrew's approach, he is able to sort things out for us as requested. support was really good just the time taken was abit too long. hope to see some improvement in future

We used this app on our B2B site to help segment products to different markets/customers. We also utilise the colour families, product fields and metafields to display considerable other search options provided by product manufacturers, such as weights, capacities, fabrics, outputs, strengths and so on - all critical for a B2B store. We needed some custom work completed to facilitate the displaying of products in specific ,markets based on tags, as some products and/or some customers were in multiple markets/segments which was not achievable using the normal UserGroup Rules. Yuriy facilitated this work and it was done quickly and worked first go. Extremely happy with the app, the price and especially its support.
