I have been selling online for over ten years on a variety of platforms. I have found Smart Search & Instant Search to be the most comprehensive search app I have ever used. It is packed full of features and options. Pavel has also provided excellent support, helping me to resolve a few issues that were my fault. Searchanise just helped me to get the new format Search Box working. The layout and quality of the information presented to the searcher is amazing. We are very impressed!

I installed Searchanize first on a test site and played around with configuration. During this process I asked support many questions, and they were quite helpful since I had some very specific things I wanted to do. Once I was ready to push live, they also assisted me on that and we were able to export/import settings. Even once live I had more questions, and they even helped with some CSS to get the format correct. Great support!

Really helpful. This App has a lot of features and the support team never fails to help. I contacted them like thrice in 2 days, and they responded within a few hours of every request. They do the required changes for you without any hassle.

I used this app for the instant search widget. The functionality and the widget is great however the support does take a while to respond. But they make up for it, by providing solutions to your problems. They fixed a quite technical issue of ours. Much appreciated!

Works really well, is highly customisable, and very easy to use. I tried dozens of search and filter apps since another developer let me down, and this was definitely the best and doesn't have eye-watering prices, either. Very happy to recommend this app. Whenever I have contacted the helpdesk, they have been really helpful (and quick!).

Great app, I needed to improve my customers ability to search the site and the app has really helped my conversion, being able to see new, related and popular products, hide pricing if needed... superb. Don't think - just download! The backend is a dream to work on, and the front-end is completely intuitive for customers to use as well. As a luxury consignment shop, we have very particular search needs, and the Searchanise team (huge shout out to Julia!) worked quickly to get us up and running. Julia loaded in custom code to make sure our display was exactly as we needed it - SO many times, with SO much patience. She was responsive, kind, and completely effective. 10/10 would recommend!
