This app is really good and I am very happy with how it works in my store, I wanted a smarter & easier search for my customers than the one that is built into Shopify. Customer service is also very fast and helpful so I definitely recommend this app!

The app works very well for our website, is easy to use and very flexible in terms of customisation. We're able to add our own custom css to have the widget display how we'd like it to. The customer service is brilliant and turnaround time was super quick for a special request that we needed. Highly recommend this app!

I really love the power of this app for search. It is very fast and can be seamlessly customized to the look and feel of your store. There are many functions that I like: instant search, search suggestions, upsell/cross sell, merchandising suggestions etc and you can use your search data to direct zero result searches to products/pages you think the customer was intending. I received very good service, although had to wait a few days for a reply, but the help was excellent and accurate. Most importantly, it makes it easy for customers to find what they want. Update Mar2023: It’s now been 2 years using this app and I continue to appreciate the solid support. In the last year I have updated my theme and most recently installed filters on collections which required some coding additions which was actually very straight forward and quick, with the help of Stacy. This app would be the most important app we have. Update Sep2023: The level of support and response times has improved a lot. I've been able to get considerable CSS support on tweaks I needed and good explanations of what was being done. The support in the Asian time zone is now very good.

This is the best search app for Shopify store. Reasonable price and one of the best support. They solved theme compatibility issues on my store within no time.

This is a great product at a great price. It has all the functionality of a much pricier search and can grow and scale alongside your business. Easy to use and very affordable. I highly recommend this App. Setting up rules and synonyms makes the app work seamlessly with little maintenance on out end.

So far it has been working very well. I love the color swatches, quick view, and ability to choose filters. So far I have been able to learn our to use it with help from their website. I still have alot of work to do to make everything work the way I want with tags etc. But I think that smart search will make a huge difference for my customers ability to find what they are looking for. It works very well with GemPages and Collections which is also a huge plus.

And I am proud to describe and be able to help other companies. - Search Engine the best I have seen so far, we have tested about 3-4 platforms and none has been able to meet with Searchanise. - System, it is fluid, fast and accurate in research. Our company has almost 400k products into the shop and Smart Search secures the stride. - Excellent technical support, due to COVID-19 are taking a while, but nothing that in 2-3 days does not solve. Excellent, cant really fault this app. Replatformed to Shopify from Magento where we had been using a different search system which was half the product Searchanise is for 5x cost. So we have a much better product at a snip. Customer Service during trial was very very good. Keep up the Good Work .. An easy 5 stars +

A+ search app. Our theme did not come with a very good default search. Installed this and was shocked how seamlessly it integrated, even with our theme being highly custom. Very impressed

Awesome app. This is the search feature you must have for your website. It comes with search suggestion, filters, recommendation, merchandise and much more for a fraction of the cost of others. Customer service is also top notch too. I have used many search app and this is the best we decide to choose and keep for our site.

We have been looking for a way to improve our search ability on our website with over 5,000 products and growing. It's been a challenge building menus, search and sidebar menus using starting with a theme that had some basic functionality. After installing Searchinse we had ran into a few issues getting the display and functions to work the way we wanted it to look, we reached out to support and received some of the best help we could imagine. Paul provide 5 star support, he went above and beyond to find all the answers to help integrate the app into our website. He helped with supplying some custom options and help with a few weird issues we were seeing with the existing theme. We are very happy with the functionality and now our customers are able to easily find items there were NOT able to find in the past.
