Great product, and even better support! Wish all apps and services were this helpful.

Had an issue with search results and how they looked on the page (my theme layout rather than their app) and support has been excellent, resolving it the same day. Excellent app and putting it on my other stores right away.

UNBELIEVABLE. I have a lot more conversion since I have installed instant search. Works great. It is very easy to install and configure.

I just recently came across Smart Search & Instant Search. There aren't enough words to describe this search app (pun intended).. It is absolutely spectacular and worth every cent. Just beside myself amazed at the ease of use and the customer support response time is uncanny!! Definitely a must have for any store! The results are astounding. Believe it or not I have found products I didn't even know we sell. YES IT'S THAT GOOD! No joke! Take it for a spin and try it out, you will realize almost instantly that this app is going to be an indispensible money maker for your store. The analytics are also spectacular!! Thank you Alexey for your help in getting it installed!

The app was easy to install and the customization was fairly straight forward. I got a little tripped up on synonyms but then I read their help screen on it and it was fine. But what takes them to 5 stars is their service - i reached out about a "how to" to help me customize the look/feel, and they actually took on the task and made the updates to our backend CSS. Such great service!

We have used a couple other search apps from the app store which worked, but not exactly well. We were close to switching to a custom built search, but decided to exhaust our options within the app store first. We tried this app and haven't had a single issue with it thus far and it's been a couple months. I reccommend it fully.

We are on the Enterprise plan, and it provides incredible value. We've increased our page load speeds incredibly by switching our collection view to Searchanise from the default Turbo theme. This resulted in increased conversions and very happy customers. The search engine is blazing fast, and highly customizable. The team responds almost instantly to all issues, and we've had them do quite a bit of customization work for us at no extra charge to make sure the app works perfectly with our site and business objectives. I can't recommend the app and team highly enough - it's such an integral part of our site, I couldn't imagine not having it. App and team are both A+ and deserving of our 5-star rating. Thank you!

Great app, integrates with Langify allowing all of our content to become searchable. Recommended, especially if you use Langify.

EDIT (July 2019): Finally the Searchanise team have started thinking about variants. Still very buggy (e.g. has lost the ability to show the most relevant variant, treats single-variant products as multi-variant, new data-variant-sku attribute doesn't update properly, and some filters have broken as part of the update), and still doesn't link to the correct variant, but a step in the right direction. Good relevance algorithm and speedy response but crucial variant information is missing from results. This means that customers might think e.g. a product only comes in one colour or the most expensive size. Searches for specific option values (e.g. 'Blue shoes') will return the correct image but won't link to the pictured variant, and there is not enough information returned in the code to amend the hrefs after the event (without calling the Shopify AJAX API for every returned result = waaaaay too slow). I've had to introduce a handful of JS hacks for other things that *can* be fixed this way, but repeated requests from me for small but significant improvements have been ignored. Don't get me wrong, for the money this is definitely worthwhile - much cheaper and easier than indexing your own inventory (especially large catalogues like ours), and obviously a hell of a lot better than Shopify's in-built system, just be prepared to spend a fair amount of time faffing with code to get it looking and acting as you want. And don't expect any help from these guys - they never reply to emails. I'll up this to 5 stars if the developers cater for products with variants!
