Searchanise Search & Filter

We are about to start using this app for our multilingual site (italian-english) translated by langify. It has very good search features simplifing the use as for admin as for user. We had a few technical problems with multilingual implementation and questions of general use and all was fixed, answered and supported in professional, fast and open manner. Great support, great app.

Update...we have now been using this product for at least 6 months. I must say, we are finding it priceless. Without this app, most of our customers would never find what they are looking for among our vast selection. Great APP!!! We have been testing this app over the past 7-10 days or so and I must admit that it seems to be one of the best ones out there. There is a lot of functionality and ways to tweak what comes up in search. We have A LOT of products in our store, so it is really important that customers can find what they are looking for quickly. Happy with Searchanise overall to display product recommendations and handle overall site search. I'm not using it for collections display, but you can definitely do that as well.

I was using findify and paying more for less. This product allowed blog search results and that was a huge plus for us. All in all I couldn't be happier about the decision to change. If you don't have this installed on your store you are making it harder for customers to purchase especially with a large product offering like we have.

Smart search made my life easier! I've tried different apps before this smart search and I'm staying with this one. Because, it seems easier to navigate and do auto spell as well. Overall really good app, but it sometimes glitches and can take a while to re-index all products (we do have a large listing of product). Quality/price is really good compared to the other apps we have tried to do the same thing. Support is quick and efficient unlike many other apps.

For a store like us, which hosts >10K SKUs, an instant search tool is vital for customers to find what they want. This tool by Searchanise absolutely does the right thing. It also integrates with many other apps that we are using e.g. stamped.io, langify, etc. One thing I don't like is that Shopify Plus users are forced to choose their pricier Plus schemes, but those schemes come with Plus exclusive features. I would rather make this an optional opt-in.

We have over 15,000 active products on our website so having a good search function is very important to us. Adding this app is probably the number one best improvement that we could have made to improve our customers' shopping experience. Being able to send a customer directly to a collection when they do a search is going to really improve our customer satisfaction. We love it.
