User friendly. Helpful staff. However, I wish there was a way to organize the search categories manually. That's the biggest downfall I see at this point. Also, I wish I didn't have to manually go in and put in all the synonyms for the key words. This is probably inevitable and can't be done automatically but I just don't have the time to do it well. That's all for now. I'm happy with the app. THANKS.

Great app that has helped our sales considerable, plus the support team have been super helpful and made adjustments that we've needed whenever we've asked :)

Lots of features I'm still digging into, but so far looks good. They keep adding more and am looking forward to trying out the product recommendations and Stamped.io integration soon. Support have been responsive and helpful too, which is always a bonus

Smart Search has been a great tool for us so far. The search feature is very fast and the tools allow you to easily edit products, filters, appearance, etc. Their support team was also very helpful during our trial period.

If you want 100% complete control over the search page, don't use an app. However, if you want to get something that looks quite alright and works as it's supposed to, then Searchanise is the right app. Has quite a lot of options to choose from, and best of all, it doesn't require adding custom code to the theme.

Not only does this app offer great analytics and the ability to use synonyms it also allows for curation of product lists that I slot into the product recommenders on my home page. Enterprise level features for hobbyist level pricing. Dev also responded quickly to a need for service and took care of some CSS changes without any intervention on my part, and followed up fixing until it was just to my liking.

Wow, incredible customer service and all the features of other search apps that are 5x the price. After having tried many different Instant search and filter apps, we were able to cancel other apps we were using and pay 1/10th of the monthly cost by using Searchanise. Highly recommended! The app is great to improve Shopify search functionality. Also, their customer service and support team are great.
