I just recently came across Smart Search & Instant Search. There aren't enough words to describe this search app (pun intended).. It is absolutely spectacular and worth every cent. Just beside myself amazed at the ease of use and the customer support response time is uncanny!! Definitely a must have for any store! The results are astounding. Believe it or not I have found products I didn't even know we sell. YES IT'S THAT GOOD! No joke! Take it for a spin and try it out, you will realize almost instantly that this app is going to be an indispensible money maker for your store. The analytics are also spectacular!! Thank you Alexey for your help in getting it installed!

This may be the best app I have downloaded for my site. Usually our shopify store won't show results for items unless that EXACT term is searched. For instance... If an item is titled and described as "Luffa Gourd Seeds" ... you would need to either type "Luffa" or "Gourd" to find it. If "Loofah" or "Loofa" is typed in the product wouldn't come up. After installing this app, it easily searches products with similar spelling and it even gives recommendations and live results right in the dropdown. We are using the free version but may plan to start paying because we love it that much. Awesome app guys! I was also pleasantly surprised that you can add filters even! This was a game changer as well since I thought I'd have to install a whole other plugin, but this one seamlessly throws in filters by using tags and categories etc. It's really amazing and well thought out. OVERALL... PROS: Filters, Live Dropdown Recommendations such as pages, products, categories etc as the user types. Quick to setup, Super fast on the storefront end, Very customizable, FREE!!!! CONS: None that I can see, literally....

The app was easy to install and the customization was fairly straight forward. I got a little tripped up on synonyms but then I read their help screen on it and it was fine. But what takes them to 5 stars is their service - i reached out about a "how to" to help me customize the look/feel, and they actually took on the task and made the updates to our backend CSS. Such great service!

We have used a couple other search apps from the app store which worked, but not exactly well. We were close to switching to a custom built search, but decided to exhaust our options within the app store first. We tried this app and haven't had a single issue with it thus far and it's been a couple months. I reccommend it fully.

We are on the Enterprise plan, and it provides incredible value. We've increased our page load speeds incredibly by switching our collection view to Searchanise from the default Turbo theme. This resulted in increased conversions and very happy customers. The search engine is blazing fast, and highly customizable. The team responds almost instantly to all issues, and we've had them do quite a bit of customization work for us at no extra charge to make sure the app works perfectly with our site and business objectives. I can't recommend the app and team highly enough - it's such an integral part of our site, I couldn't imagine not having it. App and team are both A+ and deserving of our 5-star rating. Thank you!

Good so far. I upgraded to pro and installed the recommendation widgets onsite. I admit, I'm not a developer so I didn't understand how to install the widgets. I reached out to support and they confirmed that my site theme is not compatible with the auto display of the widgets. As a result, the support team advised what snippet of code to add, they even offered to position the widgets on the homepage. I'm still updating the CSS but i'm happy with the support I've received. They have been very responsive.

This is one great app! My customers can find products faster and there are a ton of features included.

This app has been a huge help for us on our site. We realized that the search with our current theme was not working for us or our customers and were not able to really find products. Now we are able to make shopping for specific products on our site much easier for customers.

I love this app. There's a bit of a learning curve because it does so much. I don't think we've utilized all of its features, but the filters and search assists have been invaluable for our customers.

This app especially helped our collection page speed. The search feature is great as well. Icing on the cake is that it's affordable :)
