Very useful , great application! :)

Before getting this app, we noticed (in the Shopify admin panel), that too many customers were not finding what they were looking for, usually do to typos. Since getting this app, the only time a customer can't find what they are looking for is because we don't carry the item they are searching. The search function reminds me a little of Google search. Customers type what they are looking for and if they make a mistake typing, the app will give them suggestions. (EX: customer looking for "Seed Beads" but types "Sead Beeds", the app will ask: "Did you mean Seed Beads?"). Also that app will show a drop down view of what your customer is searching for along with if the item is in stock or sold out. I'll be the first to admit that this app is EXPENSIVE... BUT.... what are your sales and customers satisfaction worth to you? Definitely a must have app. Try it for yourself. Had an issue with he app not loading fast enough. Alexey and the devs sorted it out within a couple of days. This is a great app for the price, highly recommended!.

Early days, but looks all the features/performance we need, and more.

App used to work great. Recently I noticed many of my items were not displaying when searching for our SKU. I was basically told - the platform our search is built on has trouble searching for numbers. So it is a search app that is not able to search. Go figure. It has a lot of great features and is pretty robust. However this limitation is mind-boggling, and their response made absolutely no sense. Especially since it worked perfectly fine just a few months ago. It displays 3 of 11 results when searching for the part number in every instance. Very frustrating. Whatever change they made essentially made the app useless for us, as part number is a major way we search for our store. The native search built into shopify works fine, but somehow this paid app can't do even this basic search. I will be deleting and looking for another alternative search that can actually do a search.

Awesome APP. Just left "Addwish" in Denmark - this one is much much better when it comes to search. Develop a "Recommendation" and "Other customers bought this" service and you'll be my first choice!

Great app for search like google search

The search feature works incredibly well. Simply add product tags to your products and configure the search tool to filter based on product tags. If you run into any issues, the customer support team are incredibly happy to help. Fantastic product!

AWESOME APP!! looked at MANY searching solution apps and this one is amazing!!!

This helps solve clunky issues with making enough of the right information available/right in front of site visitors. This app really does search every corner & hidden spot in your site & pulls information to the surface readily. Need to make something show up? Add a word here or there, reindex & boom, there it'll be in search results. Works lightning fast as you're typing, too. I was also able to tweak app verbiage to my liking, always a plus :) If that's not enough, they quickly send informative yet unobtrusive "happy" emails that were key for me adding critical elements to my shop...including the code for adding a search bar my theme didn't have but sorely needed!! This app has been updated in July 2022. It is now a complete mess. We have it pulling items from one of our websites and putting them on another, which the shouldn't be on. Some collections are showing all stock instead of the collection. Support is hopeless. We loved this app - I dont understand why IT people have to mess with stuff that isnt broken. I cannot say enough good things about this app. It fixed issues we didnt even know we had. Makes our website so much better, and for such a low fee. Very excited about this product. Update: Still loving it in 2022.
