I'm very pleased with the app, it does what it's supposed to do. Nice options to customize the look to match your store. The hardest part was deciding which colors to use.

New Review 6/2/2018: Still an amazing app. I did have one small complaint about their fuzzy search matching. Support came back to me right away with a workaround. About a week later they updated their search engine so I didn't need the workaround. Thanks, Searchanise! You all are amazing! Old Review: I just wanted something to help me with some fuzzy searching. The built-in search is just weak. I got that and more! It's beautiful. Installation is so simple. If I could solve all my business problems for just $20 a month life would be great. As it stands I will settle for solving this huge problem for so cheap. I am REALLY happy with it. I haven't dived into the analytics yet but can't wait until have the time to do it.

Excellent app will full featured functions. Just what we were looking for to massage search results. Easy to customize. And quick, friendly customer service. Not much to complain about. Says what it does, does what it says.

This app has helped my store get much better searches for my customers. I found this app after realizing that my customers were searching for blog posts but they couldn't find them because my store theme search bar only searched the products I had listed. This left my customers disappointed and more than likely they left my store. This app will bring up products, blog posts and even pages!! I love that about this app since I use blog posts to help with traffic, it was a must for my search bar to find what my customers were looking for. Thank you for the great app. Support was also wonderful and responsive!

Looks like a good app 2 weeks in. Boolean search doesn't work, although the Seachanize team showed me pretty quickly a way around my issue. Other than that it has been smooth sailing. - update The app has crapped out. Doesn't load in shopify so I can't make changes to the core app. The search bar still works but is slow to load on the homepage. Takes around 30 seconds, but by then most people have already tried a search and are disappointed. Have tried communicating with support but emailing back and forth doesn't get me very far and it appears they have a hard time understanding my problem.

The app works flawlessly. We trialed a much more expensive search app before we bought this one. Smart Search had better features and was much less expensive.

We love this app; easy to use. The search result is intelligent and fast. Customer support is excellent! Very happy customer. Update* Recently, we have had some problems with our online theme not allowing the customer to use the search function properly when viewing the site on mobile mode. Without asking Searchanise for help, they actively fix the problem, so now my mobile customer is very happy. Thanks a lot, Searchanise! Update* The latest app update broke the layout of the search result page; the support was excellent in resolving this issue and getting our site back up and running in no time. Update (2024): We decided to use their collection filter features. After two days of testing and setting it up on our site, I have to say that this product is very robust and flexible, meeting all my needs when it comes to setting up all our collection filters properly. It takes a little bit to learn, but with their fast support, it was a breeze.

UPDATE! The guys at Searchanise are amazing! Thanks Oleg for prompt help and support. My problem was fixed quickly and efficiently! It seems it was not a problem with the app, but how I needed my products to be viewed in a search. Works PERFECTLY now :)

Great search tool. Other searches are limited to product info but I have a lot of extra information on my blog and learning center pages that drive customers to my site. Once they get to www.maitrilearning.com, they need to find whatever topic they are interested in. Searchanise makes that happen.

Great support, and very interesting seeing the analystics of what our customers want. Especially when thinking of areas to improve. Perhaps the way I've written content and headlines is unlike how the customer requests, etc.

We've had serious issues with this app.. Not thrilled with the customer service, either. There are a lot of other search apps, so you should keep on searching, too...
