I switched to Searchandise from a more expensive app that I used to use when I was on Bigcommerce and I could not be happier. Searchandise does everything the expensive app did, but at a much lower price. I have yet to explore all the app has to offer and I'm looking forward to seeing what else I can do with it. Support is also excellent; I recently sent in a ticket and had an answer within minutes. Most importantly it has had a clear effect on my conversion rate, better search - more conversions.

Originally had problems with the look/feel of the filters but I think that had to do more with the template than Searchanise. Their customer service is top notch. I needed help with some customizations and they quickly jumped in to help. That support alone makes me happy to recommend them to anyone interested in a solid filtering app for their Shopify store.

Love this app and how much you can really customize your search! And even more so, love how helpful the support team is!!! They made so many custom changes for us, like helping with the layout, coding, and technical work :) This app has already helped a ton, after installing it we've alreday noticed huge decreases in our bounce rates.

The customer service team is quick to respond and very helpful. We encountered a couple of bugs and they promptly escalated the issues to their developers, who worked on resolving them for us.

This app is fantastic. Every time I've wanted to customize something, the feature/field to do so was available. I reached out to support for one customization I couldn't figure out, and they (Umida) replied within a few minutes with such a great simple to follow solution (which of course they had already built in as a feature)

Excellent customer support! The support team was very responsive and helpful in implementing the collection filters. They provided clear instructions and multiple solutions to choose from. Their method worked perfectly for our needs, and the setup process was straightforward. The Searchanise.io customer service team is excellent. They successfully made the changes we couldn't implement on the front end. Although there might be a bit of a learning curve, the Searchanise team is always ready to help if you reach out. Overall, it's a great app, and we would recommend it.

It's a great app with many features. The filter tree is very helpful ad customizable. The app is great for improving your store's UI. The support team is highly responsive and are great at figuring out what you need.
