Je suis extrêmement déçue par le service client de Seguno. Cela fait maintenant 4 jours (week-end inclus) que j’attends une solution concrète pour pouvoir simplement démarrer avec l’application, qui m’affiche des messages d’erreur bloquants. À ce jour, j’ai reçu une seule réponse, puis plus rien pendant plusieurs heures, sans suivi ni résolution. Quand on choisit un outil censé accompagner des professionnels, ce manque de réactivité est clairement problématique. Impossible de commencer à utiliser le service dans ces conditions. Je ne recommande absolument pas Seguno pour son service client.

Seguno saves me a bunch of time. The built in templates look professional and I dont have to mess around with complicated menus. Very good experience.
