The interface is easy to use, and everything is pretty straightforward. However, I have been having issues with this app since day one. It keeps removing my existing subscribers as they are listed as bots. My clients resubscribed a few times and still got removed by Spam Protect and never received their emails. All of these subscribers were getting emails before I switched to Seguno. I have contacted the CS a few times via email, but the problem was never fixed. Also, there is no instant online chat, I waited 3 days just to get one email reply, and CS said from their backend everything looked fine while the issues kept happening. The recent price change for the standard plan is pretty insane. From 10 to 35. So I am definitely switching to another platform.

We have been using Seguno for 2 years now and find it very user friendly and it's brilliant being able to design and send everything through the app interface on Shopify. Simple to integrate and great reporting on campaigns.

As a new business, I have really appreciated Seguno's user friendly features. They have what I need to grow my business's email marketing at an early stage, their customer service has been very helpful and responsive, and their pricing model works well for me.

I love Seguno! They recently increased their pricing and I emailed them to ask what my other options were. As a small business owner, the increase in price wasn’t so-able right now. They were happy to work with me and keep me on a similar plan to what I’ve had. So happy with this company and all of their support for my company.

We have used Seguno since the start of our business, and have been loyal to them since. Every time we've reached out to customer support, we are greeted with nothing but the best service and help! I never leave reviews for anything, but for Seguno, you get my 5 stars. They keep our business thriving, and no other marketing app has made such a positive change in our numbers. :) Big thank you to Christina B. on the Seguno team!

I have been using Seguno for 2 years now and have been very pleased with what they offer for a small business like mine. The offerings are great but the customer service makes Seguno beyond great. My team has reached out to Seguno for help several times and we are always treated with such care and expertise it keeps us coming back. Recently I reached out asking for help with their upcoming price changes on some of their plans. I was greeted with the same kindness and even offered a solution that continues to support my small business. As a small business owner I know how challenging it can be when other businesses do not have the courtesy to be kind or even offer solutions. Seguno has done a fantastic job at providing great customer service and great solutions that actually help my buisness thrive. If you are feeling like you want to move away from seguno because of their recent pricing shifts I’d ask you to consider reaching out to a rep and sharing your concerns and questions. I suspect there are a LOT 1 stars on their way. From $10 to35? 350%? I wish my store could increase products by this much. I would go bankrupt within a week. Will be canceling after black Friday.

Updated Review... Changing my review because they worked with me. I'm rather small and sometimes only get one or two emails a month. Seguno is perfect for me. I highly recommend the service that I have received. OG I really like this email service however their new pricing structure doesn't work for me. I left three stars for how well it works. If the pricing hadn't increased from $10 to $35 it would be five stars.

I'm copying and pasting another review, since I couldn't have said it better myself: "Seguno has increased the price 3.5x out of nowhere and tried to automatically opt me in to this price change. There are no features being included for this new price that I find useful for my store, and I did not have an option to keep my current plan. While I have been relatively happy with seguno for the creation of marketing emails, their service is not nearly robust enough to justify this price. The templates are very basic. The features are minimal and I have always felt my marketing emails were not able to be nearly as professional looking as my competitors, no matter how much effort I put in. For $10, it is a decent enough service, but for $35 it is not, especially for a small store." I wish I could justify $35 for Seguno, but I cannot. Bye Seguno!

This app use to be great and my favorite for email marketing but they are charging way too much now and it's not worth it at all. Went from $10 to $35, I can understand a $5 increase but $15 increase? Edit: They contacted me and were willing to go back to the previous pricing. Definitely is still my favorite app, easy and nice-looking templates, staff are great and help with any issues you have. Highly recommend using this app.

Very easy to use! I had a great call with Chris who took the time to go over anything I wanted - the cal was so specific to my needs that it really inspired me to dig in and get going! There’s no sales pitch it’s a true support. Everything you need is in this app! So easy!

I have used this app for 4 years and have been very happy. There are stylish templates or an option to create your own. Support is prompt and always helpful and they go the exta mile to find solutions- not that I need them very often.. Highly recommend!
