They were very helpful in looking into how our store could use the out-of-stock notification! I've been using this app for a while for our store and love how it works. I do wish you could see the scheduled emails in a calendar view to make it easier to view but its a great app and does what it says it will do. Grateful to the support team

Simple, easy to use templates (which they continue to improve) and amazing customer service. Cameron has been very helpful installing a difficult customisation on our theme and we can't wait to use it!

I've been struggling to find a program that I love, and have spent too much time installing, configuring only to delete apps. I didn't realize when I installed this, all the features it would have that I've needed and had to get other apps to perform. So far I am very happy with my experience! Will update if anything changes.

Very useful app. Since well-designed newsletters are key to the success of any online retail business, finding a good platform is crucial and we've found Seguno's platform to be excellent. The many other marketing oriented features are very useful as well.

Edited/Updated: Had to come back just to again say how amazing this app and team are. The amount of work they do plus the support they give to their users is incredible. When I started using the app, I was very new to marketing, and through all of their resources and help, we have been able to grow our subscriber list and increase sales! I definitely recommend Seguno. One of the best apps and teams on the Shopify Apps store hands down! Easy to use, amazing team, and just a great user experience! They are very focused on helping make sure you can succeed with their app and offer tons of help to do so, including webinars that discuss marketing tips and tricks! Plus, I love that it integrates with Canva and saves me a step of importing my designs into my email! Very much recommend this app!

This is everything I have been looking for. It's super dope, easy to use, and extremely comprehensive! I have used other platforms and establishing automation was a nightmare. This makes it so much easier.

This is a first-class app with first-class aftersales support. Brandon is outstanding and an absolute credit to this company. He went out of his way to help resolve a problem that was created by a third party. Outstanding service and is highly recommended. Excellent so far! Customer service has been quick to respond, everything is very intuitive and newsletters look great. Much better than Mailchimp which we were using before!

Seguno is a straightforward, no fuss app to creating professional and clean-looking emails. They have tons of built-in tips that help keep your emails the proper length/size, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an email designer app.
