Cannot sing praises high enough for the team from Seguno - in particular Brian has been looking after my account and has gone to great lengths to make sure Seguno has not just worked for my company but has helped me understand more about email marketing than I have tried to learn by myself over the last nine years of owning my own business. The integration with Shopify blows away Omnisend in every way and the support is 1000 times better than what I was receiving from Omnisend which was annoying at best. If you've come to a halt with your email marketing and want a company that actually cares about your sucess then I highly reccomend Seguno!

I hadn't planned on upgrading but it is so worth it. Made emails so much better with canva which helps with the branding of my emails and automations. I would highly recommend.

Seguno is the best software you can get to setup and execute your email marketing plan. Our store offers high quality products in a higher price range and niche market so it is hard to convince people in buying. Using the Seguno software to build, send, track&trace and follow-up on newsletters allowed us to immediately have new conversions via the newsletter, which is awesome!

As someone who uses both Shopify and Wordpress to design and develop sites for myself and clients, I was hesitant to use Seguno since I'm entrenched in other CRMs. I'd used Seguno with a Shopify client, however, and the ease of connecting with my store was irresistible. On top of that Seguno's customer service is beyond amazing. They go so far out of their way to help you, it's like having private coaching. I love Seguno's tutorials. My future wish is that there are more options to create beautiful opt-ins which they seem to be in the beginning stages of. Having a beautiful opt-in is a big piece of e-mail marketing.

Wir haben viele Apps und Tools für E-Mail-Marketing getestet. Das ist für uns mit Abstand das beste. Native Integration in Shopify und nahtlose Anbindung vieler hilfreicher Tools (bspw. Canva). Zudem viele Features, bei denen man merkt, dass das ganze user centric entwickelt wurde. Klare Empfehlung!

Amazing!! Easy to use and customer service is awesome! The automations are easy to set up and everything is directly through Shopify! 10/10 recommend. :)

First impressions are stellar. Had an informative meeting with Brian. He listened patiently as I detailed my miserable experience with Privy. Answered all my questions. Walked me through the start up process and the features of the app. So far I have been happily impressed with the performance of the app. My emails look polished and fit my brand. Definitely recommend.

Seguno has gone above and beyond from day one! Onboarding was very easy, and Brian has helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He has also offered suggestions on ways to create automations to generate more business. I can't say enough good things about them; best business decision I have made in a long time!

I found Seguno when searching for an alternative to MailChimp's new higher pricing. The migration process was mostly straightforward and every time I've reached out with questions, the support from Seguno's team has been kind, patient, and effective. I'm still learning how to leverage all of the features but with the two newsletters I've sent to date, the integration with my Shopify product catalog has been fantastic. We've upped our newsletter game at a price that makes sense for our small business.

I have been working with Seguno for over two months, and I'm happy with the results. Initially, I tried a different email provider, which was a nightmare. Seguno has been user-friendly, and their support team is fantastic. For me, support and ease of use are critical elements. I don't care how pretty a template design is or how "cheap" the service cost is. If you struggle to use it, or if you're unable to get assistance in a timely manner, the design and the price become moot. Seguno has never let me down.

Seguno was awesome so far! I'm on the free plan and so far everything I could possibly ask for was included. Very easy to use, great templates and great customisation options.

I needed a way to send unique discount codes to a segment of our customer list. Spent significant time messing around with Shopify automations and Zapier, and none of that worked. Seguno did the trick

So far so good! It has taken the complexity of structuring email campaigns and simplified in a way I didn't think was possible. Highly reccomended

Cameron was extremely helpful as I rebrand my store. He gave me visuals that helped me understand the solutions he presented to my needs and escalated a domain issue that was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend this app, and thank you, Cameron!

I initially signed up for this app as it was more reasonably priced and offered really nicely designed email templates. However what has been even better is the customer support. Whenever I've had any questions they are answered a)quickly and b) by a human. In fact there was a report I wanted recently, and they were willing to run it for me, even though not part of what they currently offered. I have been very impressed by the level of service offered, a big 5 stars from me!
