Seguno Email Marketing

Very easy to use! I had a great call with Chris who took the time to go over anything I wanted - the cal was so specific to my needs that it really inspired me to dig in and get going! There’s no sales pitch it’s a true support. Everything you need is in this app! So easy!

It's fantastic!

I have used this app for 4 years and have been very happy. There are stylish templates or an option to create your own. Support is prompt and always helpful and they go the exta mile to find solutions- not that I need them very often.. Highly recommend!

The email marketing app is simple and great. Automations are good for small businesses. The only issue I have - the subscriber limits for Newsletters between tiers should be higher so it does tend to become a little expensive as the limit for each tier is reached quickly. Though this is only for the Newsletters, I believe. I am also using he POP Ups and they are great and with the email marketing app, they are at $10 per month with no limits. Also, customer service is pretty good and quick.

I first gave a 5 stars review to Seguno and was pretty happy with the app and support... and it all comes to support for me. But unfortunately, later Seguno decided to limit their working hours. Don't get me wrong, I admire a work-life balance, but how about you hire more people instead of limiting the hours customer service is available? Because I definitely can't wait to solve my problems NEXT DAY!!!!!

Christina was the staff member who assisted me. Her directions (both written and visual) were easy to follow and precise. I was able to rectify the trouble quickly and easily. The response time in answering my help ticket was also exceptional. No issues here!

I have been a loyal customer of Seguno since 2019 and I must say that their marketing service is exceptional. What's even more impressive is their customer support, which is top-notch. Their app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, especially for beginners who are just starting out with email marketing. They offer a wide range of customization options, templates, and advice, which are all readily available on the dashboard. Since I started using Seguno for email marketing, I have noticed a significant increase in my sales. In the four years that I have been a customer, I have never experienced any issues with the app's functionality. However, I recently had a billing issue and I reached out to Seguno for assistance. They promptly worked with Shopify to resolve the issue. Overall, I highly recommend Seguno to anyone looking for a reliable and effective marketing service with incredible support.

Not only is this app sooooo much better than the shopify native email application, but the customer service that comes with it is outstanding!! These guys will equip you with the very best technology to do the job, and if you don't feel fully confident using it, they'll take the time to set you up and show you how. I still don't love doing my email marketing, but thankfully, we are setting up automations, and using now lots of creative features to keep the emails feeling fresh and not too repetitive. Thanks so much seguno, I look forward to working together for years ahead!

I just installed this, so I haven't played with it that much, but I have to say, absolutely A+++ customer service! I'm not great at doing back end stuff, but from the email I sent in to the help desk at 7am, I have everything I need set up FOR ME by 3pm the same day. Cameron has been absolutely incredible, and I think this app is going to serve me super well!

Easy to use, affordable and the staff is so helpful!

So far it's been a really decent app, tutorials are good, customer service is really good, templates and automations are straight forward. Cost so far isn't too bad either.

Simple, easy to use templates (which they continue to improve) and amazing customer service. Cameron has been very helpful installing a difficult customisation on our theme and we can't wait to use it!
