Everything about Seguno is fantastic! They make getting started super easy, maintaining your email marketing super easy, plus they have tons of great resources on the Seguno website! Plus fantastic & informative YouTube videos that not only help you design your emails for marketing but also show you best practices and not to mention the "What to Send" videos are a godsend for anyone who is new to email marketing and has a small business. I wholeheartedly feel like they truly are my personal team of email marketing experts. The best decision that I've made thus far for my business is joining Seguno. Love you guys!!

I've waited way too long to take the leap into email automation and Seguno has made the experience very empowering. The integration with Shopify is really smooth and I've created automations and can clearly see what is happening, when and why. Thank you Seguno ☺

I'm just starting with Seguno and was having a little difficulty getting started until I chatted with Christina B. Not only did she help me with getting started on Shopify, but she also gave me a lot of great resources to fast-track my progress. Loving the Seguno experience so far!

I've been in the eCommerce space since 2006. I've used a lot of platforms & email services. But Seguno changes the way I look at the word "service." Team members field your challenges and respond to them in a way that feels personal. They become friends who are vested in your success. They're free with their knowledge. And if you don't understand they'll explain and illustrate until you're almost as expert, as they are. I was on the edge with another email provider but unlike any other entity in tech, there are real smart helpful PEOPLE behind this organization, and I grabbed 'em. They and their software will do well by you. So well, in fact, you'll want to sit down with each, and buy them hambergers, and chat for hours on end.

The app and team have been outstanding! I have worked with several other Email Marketing platforms and this is the best option I have seen. It's integration with Shopify is awesome and they have great customer service support to help with everything. Super!

Support team is always amazing to work with! Recently reached out to inquire about a feature (which they don't have -- yet) and not only did they give me some suggestions of ways to manage our needs, they were attentive and heard me out what my unique store nuances are! Literally no one else has ever done that, I felt like I was a human talking to a human, not struggling with a robot or someone who doesn't even know their own product!

Mi trovo molto bene con Seguno, semplice da utilizzare, template già preimpostati ma è possibile personalizzarli con estrema facilità. E' possibile inoltre fare delle automazioni per semplificare il lavoro di marketing. lo consiglio!

Easy to use, and good, fast customer service & comms. My only complaint is not being to load in your own HTML designs.

Seguno is a user friendly app that lets me create great looking newsletters in a snap. The automation features are also a big plus. But perhaps the best thing about seguno is their quick support help!

Seguno is the perfect email service as it integrates with all of our products -- seamlessly. It's easy. Much easier than importing and linking products to another email platform. Love it. And their support.

Seguno has been great! We picked them because of the tag-triggered email function and it has worked perfectly for what we needed. Customer service is also great! Very responsive, quick and helpful!

The app as well as the team behind it are great! Informative, helpful support in addition to an intuitive, easy to use platform. Email marketing offers us the most ROI of any other marketing efforts, so being able to streamline it within Shopify makes it a much more efficient.
