It is easy to use inside Shopify, and the newsletters and automations have helped us stay connected with our customers in a consistent and reliable way. Deliverability has been strong, and according to Seguno’s reporting, our email program has driven more than 10,000 orders. That is a meaningful result for our business. We also appreciate that the interface is straightforward and practical, so we can focus on creating good emails instead of dealing with complicated settings. I really enjoy working with Seguno for email marketing in Shopify. It’s very quick and easy to build emails from scratch, and the automatic email features are excellent. There are also many campaign options that help drive more traffic to your website. What I appreciate most is the support team — they are always friendly, responsive, and ready to help whenever you feel stuck. Best experience I've had with any app that I've used on Shopify. The onboarding process was incredible and I worked with an actual human (I know, unheard of these days) that helped me make the switch over from Mailchimp. They gave me step by step guidance and offer much needed advice when necessary. I couldn't recommend Seguno enough!

Great and professional tool. I truly appreciate more template options and with more designs. Also allow us to customize it a little bit more, in special text color, type of letters and backgrounds. But in general it is amazing. Thank you

I have really enjoyed this app. Removed it to find a cheaper app but none of them come close to the features this one has. Conveniently inside Shopify is a key feature every email marketing app should have if it’s built for Shopify. So far this seems to be the only one. The price is my issue for smaller businesses building their lists.

Although I'm still on a trial for Seguno Email, I do plan to continue using it for the foreseeable future, as I grow my ecommerce store. Support has been excellent (shoutouts to Josh especially - he's a customer service beast) and the features of the app are pretty straight forward and very robust. I love the Canva integration - makes things really simple! One feature I particular love is the personalized discount code generator. Hooks up very simply to Shopify discounts and I think it's a very small and personal gesture that customers appreciate. Thanks for everything, Seguno Email team!
