Easy to install, easy to use, love the templates, love the other app integrations, excellent customer service. If you know how to use Canva you're going to love using Seguno. If you think Klaviyo is too complicated, you're gong to love Seguno.

Excellent customer support: fast, polite and very proactive. Has lots of templates, tutorials & tips. It would be good to be able to open full screen the app as at times is a little hard to work on the small interface. Other than that, it leaves within your shopify, which makes all the linking to products a breeze. Thank you guys!

I used Seguno to help do Marketing Automation. I really like how it does easily with many templates. And also, their mail magazine is good for me to comprehend e-mail marketing.

I am still in the learning phase as I have only had the app for as few weeks. I am quite impressed by the features, as it will do most of what I am looking for. What really stands out for me is the amount of training and support the app offers. Kestral and her team are amazing for their training videos and I now realize how little I know...for now. Also, chat and email support has been great and answered all of my questions, which were many. I would highly recommend this app, especially for newbies like me who need a lot of hand holding.

I've been using Seguno for nearly two years and it always, always amazes me just how responsive and insightful Team Seguno truly is! Every time a webinar is offered, I clear my calendar to attend live and the most recent webinar was inspiring with visual samples and ways to engage our customers while providing value within newsletters. I love the templates and marketing guides provided by Team Seguno! Can't tell I'm kinda 'sweet' on Team Seguno ... well, this is the best, IMHO, email app for Shopify, built for Shopify.

I've used this app for a couple of years now and really love it. It's easy to use, and the interface let me create a design that was exactly what I was imagining! I was a bit intimidated at first with the app, but after doing their webinars and the great tutorials offered, it's a great asset. Although I am just in the beginning stages, I look forward to learning more. They offer great advice on marketing strategies that I would not have known about otherwise. I would highly recommend Seguno.

I signed up for the free trial less than 24 hours ago and already have 3 automations active! It is extremely easy to use, as most of it is done for you, and you only have to customize it to suit your brand/style. I also love that my questions were all answered right there in set-up.

I really like the Seguno app and it's fantastic value for money, having looked at others (and coming away from Mail Chimp, which now doesn't integrate directly with Shopify). Seguno is easy to use, looks good and does the job, including Automations. I have asked the team lots of questions since I've started using it and the help is fantastic - always with a really quick response, and really helpful (even about questions which weren't exactly about the App, they bent over backwards to help me). Highly recommended.

I like the automations system and their webinar with Shopify, very useful. It comes a bit pricey when your customer database increase but their customer service is second to none !! Amazing personalised calls and advices. I recommend highly!

It works very well. I had a support question about a URL for adding to my mailing list and they answered fast. They also answered a followup question very quickly and cheerfully. Good job!
