Quite straightforward to use, very nice templates. Good support. I have just just signed for the paid plan and I'm really happy. I highly recommend it.

Very happy with this app. I’ve been using it was months now. I send newsletters to my customers so the templates are very useful. It’s very user friendly, and the customer support team are very helpful. I’d definitely recommend it.

For a small business starting out Seguno is cost effective to do automations and email campaigns. User friendly to create. Integrates perfectly with Shopify.

Easy to create newsletters. Very intuitive and easy to navigate. Integrate well with Shopify. Response time by tech support is pretty reasonable.

Überarbeitung 07/25: Support hat sich großartig um die Lösung der Probleme bemüht und sie gelöst. Mit einem guten und bemühten Support kann man viel bewegen. . . Seit 2 Tagen warten wir auf Antwort. Der Hintergrund ist nicht zu bearbeiten bei Newslettern. Obwohl es schon ewig versprochen ist. Bei den Benachrichtigungen für Wiederverfügbarkeit fehlen zahlreiche Funktionen, die für uns Händler wichtig wären. Wird seit über 1 Jahr versprochen. Es ist die teuerste App die wir haben, die sich aber am wenigsten um Uster kümmert. Sind enttäuscht.

so far so good, I've created my first automations and I'm satisfied I set up my first welcome automation very quickly and find it easy and intuitive to use. What I unfortunately didn't like was that I had to translate a lot for my German shop. Sure you only do it once, but I would have loved to put the time in another place. It would be a huge help if you let an expert do it and offer it as an option. Otherwise I can recommend the app

The best newsletter app featured on Shopify. Much cheaper than Mailchimp and easier to set up.Absolutely worth buying

I was on MailChimp, but switched to Shopify Mail when it came out. Unfortunately, there are still a lot of enhancements needed before that is a viable solution. So I looked for another alternative, and found Segundo. This was a great find! Seamless integration so the look and feel of my emails follow my store's theme. Super easy to use automations and newsletters that allow me to very quickly interact at scale with my subscribers. Two items I am looking forward to in terms of additional capabilities: 1) full Shopify library integration so I do not have to reload images 2) quick and easy landing pages to capture upcoming product interest (email submission that can be auto tagged so I can keep this audience separate) After 3+ months I am very happy with this offering. I have reached out to Support a couple times and they have been fantastic to work with. Keep it up folks!

I got this app as I needed a new thank you email automation as Kit is stopping. It seems ok so far. I haven't activated the automations yet as at the moment it will only send to subscribers not all customers who place an order as like Kit does. Newsletter section seems ok as well. Will see how I get on with it over time.

I use this app to send newsletters during the holidays and special events. I LOVE the templates they carry to choose from. I have the free version so I have to pay for the templates but they're super inexpensive and well worth it!

I was searching for ages to find the right email marketing platform that fit my needs, because all the other were so complicated and expensive! Seguno was very easy to use and connected to my store seamlessly! I enjoyed how you can get their banner app for FREE once you are user of Seguno. They have fantastic live and friendly support too. Highly recommended to anyone! Thank you.

First off, I am not very marketing nor internet savvy: I am so HAPPY with Seguno! Their ease of use is incredible, and their analytics are crazy good. I am just starting out and have very little time for this stuff, but they make it so easy and I am kind of kicking butt. And if I have a question, customer service is top notch. Super happy with Seguno, and when I reach 250 subscribers, I will HAPPILY pay the tiny monthly fee.

This App has changed my online store's life! Many more customer sign ups, easy to use. It has made my life so much easier! I recommend it. Much better than any other newsletter apps!

I'm using Seguno to do my email marketing. I'm just getting started with my online shop and I have a lot of questions about how things work. Like when I went through all the Shopify notifications and tried to understand the customer journey when subscribed vs. when not subscribed to my email list. The Seguno support staff was always there to answer my questions. They've helped me get clarity on many of the workings I was confused about. They also keep adding great new features. And I can't wait to grow and be able to take full advantage of all their features by going Premium.

I used another popular app for several years, which will not be named (but it cut ties from Shopify recently...) and decided to switch over to Seguno because of their pricing and reviews. I'm telling you, this app is incredible! It's extremely easy to customize emails and automate them - and they look fantastic! The features are top notch, and I did have a question for customer service, and they took the time to reply on Christmas Eve one day later. Can't recommend this app enough!! 5 stars!!

I WAS a satisfied customer of Mail Chimp for my past email marketing needs, but it doesn't come close to the ease of using Seguno with my Shopify store. Namely, this app is fully integrated within the Shopify platform so creating newsletters, sending them and updating my customer lists is so easy without working on 2 different sites to get my work accomplished. I am a new fan and using Seguro for all my e-marketing needs going forward!
