The value add of this app is insanely high! We just launched our site this year and are slowly learning what all we need to do, and email marketing was at the top of our list. Seguno makes it SO easy. You do NOT need to code for this (thank goodness). Everything is very clear and obvious. I love their templates as well. We did purchase one for Cyber Monday and it worked really well. The premium features are well worth it if you can swing it. We did the trial of Premiu7m and were really happy with it but are able to get by on the free version well enough. Once we get to a point where the premium makes sense for us we'll be happy to upgrade. They also have FANTASTIC free webinars that have REALLY helped us with our BFCM and Holiday marketing strategies. Thank you, Seguno!

Great App, especially with the newly added templates and video embedding features. I have tried a few different email marketing systems and this one by far is one of the easiest and most personable apps offered in the Shopify marketplace. I jumped ship from Klaviyo (long time user) and Seguno offers tremendous value, stellar support, and a UI that's considerably easier to use than Klaviyo, especially if you manage your own Shopify store. Deliverability and KPIs are performing beyond my expectations. Glad I made the switch and tested ahead of BFCM. Big fan, look forward to ongoing new tools and automations from Seguno! Keep up the great work.

Great and Easy to use. It's a breeze for clients and managers alike with the nice native experience of shopify you're used to.

Seguno is an AWESOME email marketing app! Lots to choose from for your email newsletters and they have a auto-trigger email option that is really helpful. Works great with generating coupons too! Their support is also great, always a prompt reply to any concerns or questions. Thanks Seguno!

After researching and testing out several email apps from the Shopify app store, the Seguno Email Marketing app is by the far the best. It is easy-to-use, super intuitive and packed full of helpful features that have really helped us with organizing and taking our entire email marketing to the next level. The Seguno support team and Cameron have also been extremely helpful and responsive with the onboarding process from our former email platform - Constant Contact. We would highly recommend the Seguno Email Marketing app to anyone who is looking for a streamlined email solution that has a ton of functionality and scalability.

This app has helped me start and launch my company. They customer service is super helpful and the dynamic banner app also is a great addition. I love that they all work within Shopify.

I'm still in the trial period, but within a day I was able to import my list, and set up basic automations for abandoned carts, welcome discounts and reviews (something Mailchimp doesn't do well). All templates are uniform in style and branding (another thing I struggled with in Mailchimp) saving a ton of time. So happy I got this app! It's so simple to use.

UPDATE 6/2021: The best part about Seguno is their customer service. Everyone I have come into contact with is really friendly and knowledgeable. They respond to questions quickly, and there are no questions they consider "stupid questions." Thank you, Kestrel, Katherine, Cameron, and Brian for all your help! I just installed this app a week ago, and I have already managed to import my mailing list from MailChimp, set up automations, and import subscribers from a print magazine campaign I'm running, and all that with no knowledge of coding (none needed for this app). The app is easy to work with on the back end, with good options to personalize emails to match the brand style. Customer support is professional, easy to access, and the reps are very helpful. One of the best things for me is that the app is very light on how it impacts the website speed. I've had issues with speed in the past when using other apps to the point where I had to hire a professional developer to try and help my site perform better. After deleting those apps (2 of them) and installing Seguno Email Marketing in their place, my mobile store speed increased by 12 points. I'm looking forward to seeing what new features the guys from Seguno unveil in the future.

I created my newsletter which I simply loaded in the app. It was really easy to use through Shopify and now I hope to have some sales from my subscribers.

I used this app to help me send outbound marketing emails to my clients. It is so great that it integrates seamlessly with Shopify, not only from an App perspective but from a concept perspective as well. I like that editing the mail content is similar to editing my Shopify site and that it uses the Shopify elements like collections, etc. as a first-level part of the solution. It is a great solution and the free version (which I'm still on, still too small to justify the paid version yet, but I can see how this will change sometime soon), is a great starting point and makes me want to stay with the Email Marketing tool from Seguno even once my business grows.
