Seguno Email Marketing

This is one of the best apps I've downloaded from the Shopify App Store. It does exactly what I want it to and it's still a fully functioning app without "Get Premium to do xyz!" Every 2 seconds. There are some nice premium features, don't get me wrong; but for sending out great looking, professional newsletters, this is the perfect. You can schedule, customize it, save all your previous ones, everything. It integrates with your Shopify collections seamlessly, and it has more customization options than Shopify itself. Want to change the color of this specific part? No problem. Want it show more products, less rows, different images? No issue at all. Way better than I thought it would be. Most apps I dread opening because they're a hassle to work with. This one is intuitive and I really don't mind working with it. I feel like it respects you as a creator who is trying to make a living, and it values your time. The developers nailed this one, my only worry is that they will make some negative changes. If I ever sell more product, this is the first app I plan to upgrade, even though it seriously works great as a free version, I just like it that much.

I'm excited to finally set up my email marketing after much procrastination. Their webinars are super helpful and allowed me to set up my first automation, a welcome series. I'm setting up my my abandoned cart series next! Pretty easy to use if you just follow the steps in the webinar.

I started using this app for my store since few days. Needed to work on certain customizations acc to my store theme, for which had requested to help from Seguno customer support. Must say their service is great! Had flooded with my questions and everything was solved by them, within no time. .

So far I've been very happy with the app..I wish it wasn't so pricey so I could afford more options. As My shop grows may I can.

Overall a very user friendly app that makes E-mail Marketing easier. The app still has a few minor limitations that if improved would make the app more robust, but overall it gets the job done. And their Customer Service is always amazing!

This app is great and seems competitively priced when compared to MailChimp etc. Love the automations and the help with set up, nicely done! It's really easy to schedule emails and get ahead. Would recommend this app!

really great!! Also for beginners like me. Its all inside Shopify. Its really easy and you can set up an automated triggered mail in the free plan. Its all what you need at the beginning. :) I tried several other apps but they are really shitty compared to Seguno! I am a Seguno Fan now :) Thank you so much! When we make enough sales we will make an upgrade on the plan. :)

I like Seguno as a newsletter option. When Mailchimp integration broke last year we went to Klaviyo. It was more expensive, tons of features, however it was missing features we thought were essential. Like not showing customers products that were out of stock. Using product browsing data inside the emails as recommended products and such. As someone who has a team of people working on content, we have saved time and money with Seguno. No more having to create alterations on klaviyo for a simple blog release for mobile vs desktop opens.

We love this app so far. Has an easy to navigate dashboard, great analytics reports, and simple to follow layouts for creating unique and eye catching email blasts! Plus, you can't beat the price.

This is a great functioning app and the only reason I get word of it was because a Shopify Guru recommended it. It is a smooth operation to switch between your Shopify dashboard and this one. The automated feature is the best and the email creation is simple if you are familiar with Shopify. One of the best apps we have downloaded to sync with email marketing on Shopify. We will definitely look into upgrading as soon as we have lots of customers. Highly recommend to download it. :)

I've been using this app for 5 months now. Wow is all i have to say about how easy it is to navigate and how much less time it take to create an amazing email. Glad I made the change over to these guys. Give them a try it's worth it.

The service at Seguno is amazing. I have had exemplary service and real guidance on how to better engage with my email list. I had a zoom call, a webinar, and multiple online chats and emails. So important since my store has been mandated closed by COVID19, and I really need to connect with my existing customer base. Mailchimp took 2 days to write me back, and my open rates just kept getting worse and worse. The best thing is Seguno integrates beautifully with shopify so I don't need to learn a new platform and I can manage everything from the comfort of shopify. My open rates are higher than ever, they watch your list to make sure it maintains a good rating to achieve better deliverability, and provide tools on how to increased open rates with your customers. I'm super impressed so far. Now I need a CRM that integrates well with Seguno and Shopify! I also wish they had prettier templates, but I'm happy with what I've got right now!
